If I could give this place no stars I would. Love the store but management is a joke. I had pre ordered a think geek harley Quinn and they sold ours without us knowing. Said they called us and never did. I even checked back my phone records and they said they left a voicemail and I never got anything and I keep all my voicemails. The manager had the nerve to sit there and argue with us. Im sorry but the customer is always right you do not sit there and argue with the customer when it was your fault in the first place. I will be reporting to corporate. He pretty much just threw our money back at us so we could hurry and leave the store instead of trying to resolve the issue. I hate that they think they are right when they couldnt just admit they were wrong. You said you called and remember calling me,im sorry but out of all the preorders how are you going to sit there and remember my exact number. At least try to look it up on the call log. No respect for customers!!!!!!!!!! Did not even try to help us!!!!

We were really excited for ThinkGeek branching out of the internet but this store is a letdown. ThinkGeek has brought nerd interest into my kitchen, office, living room, and as I write this I am wearing one of their fabulous exclusive bathrobes. What has always set their company apart for us is their merchandise that is both useful and geeky. Their store however carries mainly tat, high quality but only good for decorating your desk, and Funko figures. Which puts them in competition with the Spencers, Hot Topic, Anime World, Game Over Videogame, and other stores in Northgate Mall that carry much of the same instead of standing out. I hope that as they go on ThinkGeek starts carrying more of the things that makes them so special to us!

I love the ThinkGeek website and was excited to see a physical store. There were a few geek dresses I would like to see up close in person, along with some merch. However, half of the shop were mens t-shirt and bobbing head figures. I didnt find what I was after online. The shop staff were looking bored and stared at you judgementally, swinging one of the pop swords. I thought the day of female shopper in a gaming /comic store feeling uncomfortable was a thing in the past! There are a few other similar stores in the same mall and I actually found better selections of what I was after.

If I could give negative stars I would in a heart beat. The "manager" Ethan is the most disrespectful person in my life. What kind of "manager" refuses to solve a customers issue... Blatantly insults the customer... Then throws their refund money on the counter and tells them leave "his store" and never shop at think geek again. If I was this store owner I would have this "manager" fired instantly! If this is the type of behavior Think Geek condones from there "manager" obviously they are doing something wrong.

Its basically Hot Topic with brighter lighting. It doesnt have any of the stuff that makes ThinkGeek ThinkGeek, and at least half the staff really isnt cut out for retail. Overall, a huge disappointment and a shining example of why online shopping is taking the place of brick-and-mortar stores.

Amazing store. Theres nothing like seeing the products in person. This store is an experience. The staff was super friendly and great at helping me with my questions. Think geed, please open a store in Los Angeles. If I could give a better rating I so would.

They have a wonderful selection of items from all things geek. From Star Trek to Harry Potter and Star Wars to Game of Thrones, this is the perfect place to get that special someone some gifts even if that special someone is yourself. Treat yourself there.

I was here for the grand opening and it was like walking into a website...sort of a Tron experience as it were. But Timmy was with me and I came away feeling even more geeky than before. This geek thinks ThinkGeek is geekerriffic! Thanks ThinkGeek!

Just a bunch of licensed Marvel, Disney, Bethesda, and Nintendo stuff. If you think they will have a lot of the awesome Thinkgeek gadgets you will be as disappointed as I was. Have you ever been to a Hot Topic? No need to visit here if so.
