Friend wasnt carded when buying tobacco but my friend and I were carded for looking at TAPESTRIES!!! All because I brought in my newborn and he said I couldnt have him in there, which is fine. But Just Horrible customer service. The guy was rude and another worker, female, had a horrible attitude. Believe her name was Katie but I dont know who the bigger guy was. All around disrespectful and down right rude.

Always open, so if youre in a pinch theyll work out. Their people are chill but sometimes lacking in knowledge of the product theyre selling. They will help you get rid of evil spirits though. High mark ups on some things. But whatever, this place has been around forever and it smells like nag champa. I dig it.

Good cigar selection, great honest staff and prices! Had a small problem with an accidental overcharge and thought it was going to a big deal, staff handled it better than I could ever have imagined. Customer for life.

I felt a bit rushed in here, but the staff was otherwise incredibly knowledgeable. Bought my first cigar and pipe from here. A bit spendy, but they have a decent selection with plenty to browse on.
