This is THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! First off, the customer service is atrocious. They refuse to return anything. They said they only keep $200 in their drawer and it must always be at that level so they would not give cash back. In fact, they told me to gonto another store to do the return. Sounds to me like the managers there like to cook the books for the corporation to see profits instead. But when you pay with your card, they hold your money so long, that you know exactly why...to make interest off keeping it. But to wait over a week, call several times and be lied to, you tend to wonder if the management is embezzling money more than anything. Especially since no one could find my transaction for the return. Even the customer service help line was confused about what the heck they were doing. They were great! But this place is fully criminal and I am DEFINITELY FILING A SUIT WITH THE CA ATTORNEY GENERAL!
