Besides writing 2 of his own reviews, this has been one of the worst buying expeiences I have had at a jeweler. I found his phone number through Citizen watch companys website so I decided to call and see if he carried one of Citizens high end watches. I wasnt able to buy the same day that I called so I asked him if he would have it in the next two days, his reply was" If you are not going to order it now, then why do you care if I have it in two days." I later found out that he was not working that day because I asked what their hours were and his reply was " If you had read the website you would have known." Later I decided to buy the watch from him because it is a very hard to find model. When I got the watch, it was not what I expected and his website says that there is a five day refund policy but I found out that is not true because he refused to refund my purchase especially being a citizen dealer. When I called to ask how to start the refund process, because his website says to ask for a authorization code, he rudely said "i am with a customer, you will need to call me later.. 30 minutes ok" in a very rude tone. Later I called back, and he wont talk to me, I believe it was his wife and she told me no refunds. I have only had the item for one day and being that he offers 5 day refunds online, I think this is very unreasonable. In his own review he said they are "funny husband and wife owners" but I have not seen anything but extreme rudeness and I dont see how anyone can stay in business with this kind of attitude. Take your money some where else where it will be appreciated because I just lost over 1000$ and could not be more unhappy.

I do not normally give reviews of places but my short experience here was so unpleasant that I cannot let this go. My fiance and I went here to get his ring sized for a wedding band. From the moment we walked in the man working there was incredibly rude. I immediately let him know that we were just there to get his ring sized and he was both visibly and audibly annoyed by our presence. He reluctantly pulled out sizing rings and literally glared at us when we asked for a second size (after trying on one, literally one). We were there for a total of 2 minutes, taking up almost none of his time and he could not have been more inconsiderate or rude. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back and actively recommend that others do not either. It is unfortunate they have such terrible customer service because Im sure their jewelry is beautiful but you wouldnt want to be there long enough to find out.

Got my dream wedding set from my dream jewelers. My fiance (now husband) and I picked out a vintage style piece by Gordon Clark to set a stone my fiance had purchased into it. Turns out, Gordon Clark didnt make a matching wedding band. Bummer! Except not really because the owners Moti and Maryann assured us that they could make a beautiful and perfectly fitting wedding band. And they did! I sent a picture of what I wanted, and they made it. Excellent communication through email every step of the way with photos. And the finished product surpassed my expectations. A bit pricey, but worth it for how perfect everything turned out and the amazing customer service along the way. Thank you Moti and Maryann!!

I love this store and the owners! They took my old engagement ring and made it positively stunning. Because their ideas sounded so good, I just left the design up to them. I couldnt be happier. In addition, they bought some of my old broken rings and bracelets and gave me a great discount on my ring. The wife is sweet and the husband is hilarious. I will continue to drop in just to visit. I found this jeweler to be very accomadating and I have a high degree of trust in thier jewelry. Ive enjoyed a great working relationship with this company long after my family and I relocated outside the state to the east coast. I plan on continuing to use them as my exclusive jeweler.

Friendly, genuine people, quick service, fair prices. We first went in to get an old watch repaired. They fixed it when no one else could. We ended up going back and buying a very nice ring, and were given a discount we hadnt expected. Its a great place to do business, in my opinion.

Worst, horrible customer service. A lady behind the counter yelled at me AMD said I was rude. Wanted me to order a part with a pin. Started out 25 bucks. Didnt try to fix it. I only needed a pin. No class establishment.
