Just left this store. Bought some chocolate and a "pint" of ice cream. Chocolate was okay. But when I got home and gave my son the "pint", it had 2 scoops of ice cream in it. Anywhere I have ever bought a pint from, it was not 2 scoops in it. I, in fact, have worked at an ice cream parlor in high school. And even then (as a teen) I knew that if people pay for a pint that you give them a full pint. They should put up a sign that says Pint $6.00, (roughly 2 scoops in a pint cup/not actually anywhere close to a full pint).. The price doesnt bother me. But they should specify. Pretty disappointed. =( Prob wont be going back.

The brownies here are awesome. You can get them hot and enjoy with vanilla ice cream - there are tables, but they are not that comfortable to sit at - not a place to hang - but definitely a place to satisfy an urgent sugar requirement. I recommend taking the brownies home and enjoying them slowly there. Incredible! (By the way, the carmel apples look fabulous, but unless you are under 10, they are not fun to eat. Hard to bite through, you mostly just get a mouthful of carmel or whatever is on it, and then have apple juice dripping down your chin.

Rocky Mountain in Seattle has a wide variety of chocolate based treats. They have an entire case full of items that they make in house, as well as another couple of imported items as well. Their prices are as expected for being near Pike Place and being chocolate - expensive. Definitely worth trying out though if you are in the area. They use a lot of local ingredients too which makes it a little more acceptable of the amount of money you need to spend when walking in there. Great quality stuff.

Slow service before anyone even acknowledges you. Then I asked for a small sample of ice cream for my daughter to try so she can decide on flavor. The cashier tells me I have to buy the ice cream first before he can give me sample. How silly is that??! I tell him my daughter cant decide on the flavor so wed like a small taste of ice cream first. And again he tells me to buy a come first before he can let me sample. Horrible customer service. Will never go back there again!

Service was pretty bad - the guy at the counter seemed very impatient and was a bit rude when we started asking some questions on the items they had - we had some folks visiting out of town and they didnt like the hospitality (or lack of) offered. Dont think I will ever visit this place again

Their truffles were something to rave about! Not cheap, therefore, they dont waver in flavor!! OMGoodness, they are so yummy! The semi-sweet chocolate and the chocolate w/ chili powder was super yummy!! Must try & they are online!

This place is a nationwide chain, but their confections are always on point. I particularly like this place for its flair. One time I saw a huge stuffed bear with swimming goggles just sitting on a bench. It made my day

Ive never been into caramel apples...until I walked into this place, sooooo good it was ridiculous. I ate two. The flavors were amazing! DEFINITELY GO, REALLY AWESOME!
