I would not even give 1 star to this review. Terrible customer service and delivery. If you want your parts missing for a whole month and still they could not give you an answer, just go for it. I purchased one bed, 2 night stands, one dresser. I received the shipping confirmation call in 4/8, booked my delivery on 4/15. On the morning of 4/15, they told me they couldnt find the headboard and the concrete top of the dresser, and just canceled the delivery. Tried to reach back, no one picked the phone. Call the customer service, they just knew nothing! On 4/17, called back and rescheduled the delivery same week. Received a call late that week saying they were able to ship. On 4/21, still morning, still they couldnt find the same missing parts!!! After my vacation, they finally found the headboard, and didnt mention the concrete top, thought they got it also but I was wrong. They totally forgot the top, only delivered the bed on 5/6. Gave a call, and they said they cannot figure out which part is missing! One week is passed, no callback no update! I would never buy anything here!

I saw the new Restoration Hardware at U Village tonight for the first time. I could not stop laughing. It looks like The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. Its one thing if a big, ugly building has been around for a long time - one can forgive its current appearnace if the building has lived through a lot of hard times. But this building was designed and built deliberately to look the way it does. Fake gothic edifice on the outside, fake expensive crap on the inside.

We bought a couch today and Maggie (spelling?) was a delight to work with. She was the epitome of customer service while making you feel like you are at home with a friend. We were never pushed into buying something we didnt want and she focused on exactly the things we asked for. Next time we go back we will make sure to work with Maggie again.

Beautiful new building with all of the class RH is known for! The new building is very well thought out - four stories of displays, including a roof deck with outdoor furniture. Still very high-end, expensive items. The "cloud couch" on the first floor is amazing! Very cool space!

Amazing customer service -- we had a fire table whose finish basically fell apart after 4 years, and they replaced it with no questions asked. I just needed to provide them with photos. I wish the fire table had held up better, but at least they handled it in a first-class way.

They did a great job designing the new showroom. You can see a lot of their collection on display! The staircase is beauitful. A fun place to browse for a bit, or buy furniture!

We are a frequent buyer from RH but some of the staff at RH Seattle could not be much more pretentious and actually unhelpful. Disappointing. Nothing nice to say.

If youre a person of color, no matter how much you make, dont even think about setting foot in here. Rude, racist, and incredibly uninviting staff.

Awesome place, if you can afford it. We bought a majority of our furniture from here and Pottery Barn. Pricey but well worth it.
