I will never be using this company again. Hands down the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I ordered a couch from Costless Warehouse. In the beginning, we were very excited because we found a great deal on the perfect couch we were looking for. After the purchase, we received a digital invoice with barely any information. We had to call about 5 separate times to talk to anyone competent enough to tell us when the couch would arrive, each previous call someone telling us we didnt have a proper order #. Not to mention one of the employees actually ARGUED with my boyfriend over merely trying to locate our couch. Once we finally were told the couch was ready, we asked if it was ok for our friends to pick it up for us. At first, this seemed fine. However, once our friends arrived, the staff seemed to be giving them the run around and made up excuses for why they couldnt retrieve it. My boyfriend then had to leave work early another day to drive from Everett to Tukwila, in hopes of being able to pick up our couch. He was then told the couch apparently wasnt there. Out of frustration, he was trying to figure out through the employee what the hell was going on. The employee proceeded to argue, at which point he was cut off by another employee. She assured she would take care of everything and hand deliver it on the following Saturday if she had to (they dont deliver on weekends). Saturday came and passed and no one contacted us. No couch delivered. FINALLY, the couch arrived the following Monday. However, because of the lack of communication on behalf of the company, my boyfriend and I were both at work when the delivery truck called and said they would arrive soon. We receive the couch and there is a tear on the corner of it!! Thoroughly disappointed in every aspect of this company.

Kids’ bunk bed purchased with delivery and assembly service from Cost Less furniture store in Lakewood. The bed is installed without the slats (only with the board supporting the mattress), leading to the collapse of the upper bunk with the child on the bed, causing significant safety hazard (no injuries as a result of the incident). The store is promptly notified. The incident was managed by the store manager, who poorly handled the incident. He installed slats that he brought with him on the upper bunk. Realizing missing slats on the lower bunk, as well, he went to a Home Depot store to get new slats cut. (In fact, he offered us $20 so that we do his job, go to Home Depot, get new slats cut, which we refused.) He did a poor job installing slats on both bunks, causing additional safety hazards (I wish I could post some pictures here). The product was eventually returned to the store. The seller agreed to refund full price of the bed ($400) and assembly charge ($50), but he refused to refund the delivery charge ($100). Nevertheless, weeks later, the seller sent a check only to refund the bed, but not the assembly charge, breaking the promise.

AVOID THE KENT LOCATION!!!! I spent a $1000 on a recliner and a sofa to be delivered between 11am-1pm. So today they call at 110pm (already late) saying their truck broke down. Then I tell them I have to be at work by 4pm, the office says "100% guaranteed to be there before 4pm". I get a call saying they are "on the way" at 343pm and it wasnt delivered till 6pm. So I call to speak with a manager and tell her I should get a discount because my day was wasted waiting for them and was even late 2 hours for work. She says that I cant get a discount because the furniture is already on sale and that its not her fault the truck broke down. Then buy your crew a reliable vehicle!!! Then I tell them that I want to refuse the delivery and my money back. The lady responds "We cant give you a refund." The movers were good and friendly but the management, logistics, and customer service is horrendous at Costless. Poorly run business and I was going to return but after they managed to mess up a simple delivery, Im going elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and just buy from Amazon.

I recently moved to the Tacoma area and needed to replace furniture that I left behind - I visited many furniture stores in the area - and found Costless Warehouse. The furniture here is wonderful and the sales people very knowledgeable - yes they told me 30-45 days delivery and it took more like 50 - but that is fine. I knew what I wanted and could not find it anywhere. At this store I could pretty much design what I wanted for the same cost I would pay at another store, pick my color, my style of chairs, seats included. It was so much fun. I received everything and it was just as I expected it. I recently went back and spent 1400.00 on a great sofa and again could design it myself - size, color, legs everything - this is true a gem of a store. thank you tip.

Easy process, no pressure sale. We found the perfect leather, reclining sectional but they didnt have it in grey in the showroom. Guess what? We were able to order it in grey! Yassss!! From the oder to delivery, the process was a breeze! We were told the delivery would be a little after 12pm and sure enough, Aram called right at noon to tell me he was on his way and gave me an ETA of an hour. To my shock, he was at my door with the merchandise, right on time! Set up, testing, inspecting, and clean up (they did all of it!) In less than an hour. My family and I couldnt be happier! Keep up the great work and fantastic customer service. To Aram & his quiet helper~my family and I thank you!

Everything was great but I went in for a friend buying her a home warming gift which she loved. Here is the reason why I will never buy from them again, for 3 items all under 700 I was charged over a thousand dollars in " tax" as well as a 95 dollar delivery fee because I asked if they can come to 2 condos in the same complex. They said that their able to accommodate my wishes this is why i was ok with the fee. The delivery day came my friend loves her new bedroom set and she is enjoying my living room set that never came to my house. They took advantage of me because of my race and what I was spending. I would have gave them a better review but their delivery never came to me.

Creepiest experience of my life. I was followed like a hawk by the sleaziest salesman Ive ever met. Just wanted to glance around for a bit, but was essentially forced to sit and look through his catalogs of stuff. The boss, who appeared to be a NJ mobster, complete with black eye from his most recent fight, glared at us from the back room. Then when we finally managed to get away for a minute the guy comes back up to us to make a comment on my girlfriends legs. We left in a hurry in order to avoid the pending rape situation. The prices on furniture were good though, so if you dont mind this kind of atmosphere you can probably find some cheap stuff.
