I used to have good service and the price was decent. Our instructors used to send class packages for us to pick up here. However, when I went here to print out my project, the employee slowed me down and wanted to charge me for own papers that I carried. That was disgusting that employee wanted me to pay for my own papers that I didnt use to print. I had to correct him that my printer broke and I carry a lot of papers and my deadline was that day. He wasted my time and the way he was talking to me was of him accusing me of stealing their papers! That was a horrible experience. Not everyone is trying to screw the store over and because he wasted my time, I was late for class. I would not go back here to print. There are nicer print shops in the area that doesnt try accuse their customers of stealing. That was a horrible experience. I dont recommend this place. They need to work on training their employees.

I brought a file and my own stock to print. The clerk listened while I explained what I needed and printed a proof for me. I noticed a typo in my copy and he very patiently waited for me to correct it on my laptop. The prints were great, the cutting was perfect, the prices were reasonable, and the service was fast. Exactly what I wanted and expected.

Just picked up an order of 300 animal rights fliers tri-folded. We were running late and the nice employee who is tall with glasses had waited 15 minutes past close to make sure we got them. Dont go to copy centers often but this place is great, I didnt catch his name but this employee deserves a gold star.

Overpriced for printing and books. Dont care about their products. Bought a course book there and the binding ripped but nothing was offered.
