So, Ive never posted a review for a food vendor before, and I try not to eat doughnuts too often, but Lucky Donuts is so good that I have to give them props! Honestly, I love donuts and now if its not a "Lucky Donut" I dont even want to bother eating it. Their donuts are so delicious. They are very light and chewy with a slight crisp to the outer layer. They also dont place an overwhelming amount of frosting/glaze and they use trans-fat free oil! I swear if the couple that owns this shop ever decides its time to sell, Id seriously consider buying because the best doughnut on earth has to continue on! Seriously though, no other doughnut Ive ever had compares. All the other popular shops in the Seattle area pale in comparison. FYI - if you decide to head to Burien to try this spot, I think they close around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and they are not open on Sunday.

Not bad, but not great. I had an old fashioned which was a little on the bland side, a bacon maple bar which was tasty, and an apple fritter which lacked the depth of textures and flavors that makes it one of my favorite kinds on donuts. It was too flat to have that moist appley goodness that I like. The shop on 15th in white center is so far my favorite place to get donuts in the Seattle area.

Delicious donuts. Decided to go be because of its convenient location. Grabbed a half dozen and decided to eat one on the ride home. So I sit down take one out and take a bite while fishing the key from my pocket. I was completely caught off guard by how good this donut was and ended up eating two sitting in the parking lot. I was too distracted by the sweet soft dough to even think about driving.

Best donuts in all the land. Better than Top Pot, if you ask me. Weve been bringing our kids here for years. Tim runs a tight shop....always friendly and fast. Its no frills, but amazing donuts. Simple coffee. Cheap napkins. Go early--they sell out nearly every day.

Went in at 9am today. The donuts were good but far from the best donut I ever had. I felt they were a little high priced ($22 for 18 donuts that included a $2.75 cheese Danish that was kinda dry and 2 apple fritters that were $2.5 each).

Best raised donut north of Voodoo. His extra crispy apple fritters are worth the drive from Redmond for. Get there early on Mondays because hell leave early when he sells out for that day.
