This pharmacy (not the whole store, just pharmacy) is a nightmare. Only once in about 6mo have they filled my medication within 24 hours when it doesnt need to be ordered. Perspective: I take 5 different medications as well as incidental meds coming to about 7 per month, most filled about 2 at a time. Most of the time, fills or refill took between 24hrs and 36hrs to fill (again, without needing to order the med). The excuse every time is "were backed up" or "were a little behind from yesterday." They do not answer their phone (something that the front of the store has actually bemoaned), nor do they reply to messages left. Ive had to take medications for most of my life but this is THE worst pharmacy Ive dealt with (and Ive dealt with the Ranier Walmart)

I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and they couldnt locate it. The lady went to a computer to look it up, and shouted across the floor to me asking if my prescription was such and such. There was a line of people behind me who couldnt fail to hear what my prescription was. No privacy at all. No confidentiality. She proceeded to look for it. I had now been standing there for several minutes . The pharmacist made up another and gave it to her to give to me. I was expecting an apology for my wait. Nothing...... Her lack of customer service was atrocious. I will not ever have my prescription filled there again. I have to say though that I think the customer service on the main floor is excellent!

I have always had a good experience here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There have been times where I have had to wait for my prescription to be filled but I use that time to peruse the store and look at all of the things that make Bartels a great northwest pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff gave me the wrong information, which left me sitting in the waiting room of the urgent care area for most of an hour to find out I didnt have the correct insurance to be seen. If the people doing the intake cant even figure out insurance....

They tried to give me the wrong medicine for my 10 month old daughter. I had to catch their mistake and make them correct it. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Go anywhere else!!

The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible, called prescription refills with set times for deliveries are always late by at least 2 to 4 hours
