This was by far the worst experience i have ever had at this pharmacy Ive been going to for years!!! Went to pick up my prescription last night from this pharmacy only to find when I got home 30 out of my 60 pills were missing from my prescription! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again since they have crooked THIEVES working for them! I hope they have cameras back there to catch whichever dishonest terrible employee stole from me and hopefully wont happen to anyone else. I will now have to make sure everytime going to pick up a prescription that my actual entire prescription is there before leaving. Terrible experience!!!!

Felt really bad for the cashier today. I was in line, waiting. The cashier had to defend herself from the customer AND the manager, I guess. Apparently the cashier rang up the persons order, but then was accused of doing it wrong. THEN the manager snapped at her, and then saw the cashier was right! The manager and the customer didnt even apologize.

If youve never been to Bartells you should check them out. Great prices, cool local products and even though there is a lot of Bartells, they have the feel and customer service of a small town drug store.
