Mike @ Alley Cat is a great tattoo artist, meaning he does great work. He did a tattoo on my collar bone and last night, he did a small cover up on my wrist. The whole time I was getting the cover up on my wrist, I was subjected to listening to Mike and his business partner badmouth clients. They spoke of one individual client very poorly in fact one of the tattoo artists mentioned that he will be glad when she leaves the state so that he doesnt have to deal with her anymore. I was appalled. Next they launched into a diatribe about how people are struggling, and how they are only getting small jobs, and how much that hurts them. Mikes fellow tattooer again, launches into a discussion about how he was tired of getting only 40/50 dollar jobs. Wow, really? Im sitting there getting a 40/50 dollar job. Then afterwards, I discussed a very big job that I wanted Mike to do. After discussing the work with him, he then quoted me 120 per hour to do the job. It would most likly be a 3/4 session job with 3/4 hours per session. So over a 1000 dollars for the work? Extremely elevated pricing that does not warrant the atmosphere that I experienced in this shop last night. I was very disappointed. its a nice shop, but the customer service skills do not exist. I dont know any client of mine who would want to listen to me bad mouth other clients in front of them. It left me wondering what they said about me after I left. Sorry, AlleyCat, you wont be seeing me anymore! Angie

When I was around 6 years old my dad and mom helped Scott and his girlfriend build the interior of this shop. We spent a lot of time in here, matter of fact Scott, his girlfriend, my sister and I had sleep overs in the shop at night too. Its sad that Scott closed the shop but thats just life I guess *sigh*

I got my first tattoo here. I think tedd did mine! He was awesome and did good work, and made sure I was comfortable and where the placement was correct.
