Hello Mr. Malhoun, My name is Bryan from California. I dicovered the recent article on fake memorabilia. I was very disapointed to learn that my 2012-13 team signed 49er helmet must be a fake. I am going to get it examined by psa/dna. I have a coa and loa from whos who productions . The article explains that whos who was the supplier to Highland Mint for all of the seahawks and patriots fake memorabilia in short. This was a big operation. These helmets were sold at the superbowls. I feel sorry for all the fans and myself. I work hard for my money and am angry when a 2,500 dollar helmet that came from the venue stadium and backed by the NFL IS A FAKE!!!!! OMG. I have photos that whos who sent me of the venue. (NFL at Superbowl Presented by Lids.) nfl logo table cloth with ravens 49ers helmets,footballs ect. An orgaization, a task force needs to hold the NFL and all layers of businesses down to the suppliers of memorabilia responsible for the FANS who spend the money. Without US there is no football at all, therefore no players. If fewer helmets, balls ect. were signed because of a hopefull thorough athentication process causing the pieces of memorabilia to be priced higher, I and am sure my fellow fans will pay more because we know there AUTHENTIC. I want to personally thank Mill Creek Sports Mr. Malhoun and anyone else who is doing the right thing by selling the consumer an AUTHENTIC PIECE OF SPORTS MEMORABILIA THAT WE THE FANS CAN BE PROUD OF. Please post this everywhere. I would love to hear feedback on this topic. Thank You, Bryan

These guys ripped me off on Amazon. The crammed a signed 16x20 into a small cardboard cylinder, rolling it up which likely led to the creases. Didnt include COA, but when I sent it back to be refunded, they refused $75 refund because COA wasnt there! Called PSA and was informed copies only cost $10. Amazon had to step in to give me a credit. Millcreek kept the 16x20, so they effectively took me/Amazon for close to $75. I always pay attention to Ripoff Report and Yelp reviews before shopping somewhere, but lapsed that practice here and it cost me several hours on the phone dealing with Mill Creek/Amazon, plus I had to eat the $8 cost of shipping the damaged piece back to them. One Yelp review says they dont do refunds in store, so hardly surprising to see them refuse online refunds, despite what they claim. My advice would be to avoid Mill Creek Sports.

Biggest selection of signed sports paraphernalia Ive ever seen, covering almost every sport. The selection of signed Seahawks goods is especially awesome, makes me feel like a little kid every time I walk in. What makes this place even more special is the roster of athletes they have come into the store to autograph anything you want. Its worth checking the website, or going into the store, just to find out who will be at the shop signing next. Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes coming back regularly a no brainer.

crooks , sold me damaged ali vintage signed photo , has a tear and crease , undisclosed to me , when i called to see why, they were only concerned with their e bay review . after i changed my e bay review upon his request , they turned their back on me and never , attempted to make it right , i payed way above market value in hopes to build a relationship for future business .... do not buy from here !!!!!!!

A lot of really cool items I have purchased over 17 items here for myself and even more for gifts for others. Have sent many people here also. Tons of great Hawk gear. Out of all my purchases only had 1 slightly disturb experience for a custom frame project but told ownership my disappointment and they made it right. I would definitely recommend Mill Creak Sports to any sports nut like myself!

I am very disappointed that I have to pay for a "ticket" to have my photos signed. I was purchasing these pictures, with autographs, as an auction item to support my sons High School Football Team. We are a small school in Buckley, WA, White River High School. Please cancel my order, and be more specific about what customers are purchasing. Personally I think your site in misleading.

I was visiting from Australia and made a couple of purchases at the Mill Creek Sports store. If youre looking for Seahawks gear this is the place to go, they have a fantastic selection and my experience with Chuck was outstanding. I would highly recommend these guys if your in the market for some memorabilia.
