They have a huge selection of baseball gear, the prices are pretty competitive considering its one of few, if not the only baseball store in the east bay. Cant beat their $20 Fitted New Era prices. If you want a one-stop shop for anything baseball, this is the place to go. Two complaints, one I can deal with and another that makes me want to shop online or spend extra at sports authority. 1) most of the time you go in the place is pretty messy, i dont really care too much but it just makes you wonder what they think about their customers if theyre not interested enought to keep their place in order. 2) as some one else has noted here, theyve never heard of customer service. if you go in youll get attitude from most of the people there just for asking a question. i once called in to check their stock on an item i needed, was left on hold for 5 minutes, called back and was told "I told you I was going to check, next time stay on hold until I get back to you!" this is the reason I now only go there if their price is way lower than anywhere else I can find or if I cant find what I need anywhere else.

WCSG is a great place. Being that they are the only real sporting goods supplier on the East Bay they are often overwhelmed with the customers they have. While it might look like a huge operation its a family run business and they establish personal relationship with their customers. I have been working with them for over 10 years and when I moved back to New York City I stayed with them because they deliver quality at great prices. Their uniforms are top notch stuff and they do great things with tackle twill that others wont. For people that complain about the warehouse being messy or customer service being shoddy..... I say spend a day in the warehouse and see how much inventory goes in and out and you will see why its impossible to keep it perfect and clean yet a small family operation. As for customer service have some patience. They are always very busy but they will help you and you will be happy with the prices and the quality.

The comments about the service are understandable. This is a two-generation old, family-run business with an interesting history of ups and downs. It is a huge business run on the backs of just a few people. Thats why the prices are unbeatable. No other place in the Bay Area has the selection of bats, gloves and helmets. This is the go-to place for Fastpitch. Just dont expect to zip in and zip out. They are a six on selection and pricing and a 2 on service. On balance, they are a necessity in my Fastpitch World.

Tried to peruse their selection, as I am a buyer for a Fastpitch league. Even though reviews say they have everything, apparently they do not have a website, beyond the bat one, which is not very functional anyway. Who ever heard of a Bat Sales website without any Easton Fastpitch bats??? No thanks, Ill buy elsewhere, as from the reviews, they fail to provide any customer service when you drive there. Way to far for me to drive for a "pig in a poke"

Great Place all the way around; I have 3 girls in Fast Pitch Softball and 1 boy in Baseball; found everything that I needed except 1 item with the help of two different sales personnel. I found them to be extremely helpful and would run upstairs for every item that I was having trouble with finding. The checkout process was great on my bank account too! This place definitely will get my continued patronage and recommendations.

When we were down our luck after spending a lot of money for jerseys and then having to quit the team bc of poor coaching and bad role models for the kids, Jeff got us set up with awesome jerseys for a new team we threw together to keep the boys playing ball. Jeff went over and beyond our expectations. I get stopped by people all the time asking where we got our jerseys. Thanks, Jeff From the Renegades!

Yah... They have tons of stuff and great prices. But the people there suck. They act like you are inconviencing them when you ask for help. Never seen them with a smile on thier faces. Even when you are dropping a boat load of money. Small purchase or large purchase it doesnt matter. They are equally RUDE no matter how much you are spending. I will only go there if I absolutely have to.

They have everything you need softball....great store, but customer service is hit and miss. Last time we were there I experienced a heated yelling match between the owners....I guess there were some banking issues....ID theft or something, but they decided to have it out in the middle of the store.....crazy! Heading there again this weekend....everyone have there happy faces on!!!

West Coast has just about every baseball product known to man. Whatever you need, they will have. On top of the amazing inventory, the employees are very kind and helpful, looking for anything you may need help finding. Also, their prices cant be beat; the top 3 Rawlings glove lines are all priced $50-$70 below retail. It is by far the best baseball store in the Bay Area.

Warehouse space with two floors stacked with baseball gears. Entrance is a little hard to find, and there is a West Coast Print Shop next door so dont be confused with that. Huge range of choices and comprehensive sizing of any items. Generally less expensive than most baseball retail shops or even on Amazon. Well organized and knowledgeable staff.

This place is great! However they know there great and the communication with Tracy when ordering uniforms is horrible. She never gets back to you when she says, and then she acts weird when your calling to find out whats happening. The place is great, minus that!

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had in any store. Clearly the store doesnt compensate their floor personnel for increasing sales. Despite that I do go there to check out their large inventory. Just dont go there expecting any or much help.

I love going to this place. They always have everything youre looking for. That guy who Rings you up though at the cash register is a weirdo. I feel like hes always mad for no reason. Only bad thing about the place.

Great selection and prices. However my only gripe with this place is that the people at the checkout area are the most miserable beings on earth, we spent quite a bit there and not even a Thank You.

The store itself has no frills, but the selection is unmatched. They dont have a website, or fancy advertising, which is why their prices beat any price on the web.

Hay bastantes cosas aunque los que atienden no son nada amables.
