Well, the staff seems knowledgeable and friendly, but Im displeased about the service. I brought in two tennis racquets for stringing and the strings broke in one of them in the beginning of the second set of play. It seemed strange. I called to see if they could replace them since the strings were brand new and they said they had to see whose fault it was, mine or theirs. Ive played tennis for forty years and I am quite good, and this is the first time Ive ever been told by a shop that the breakage was most likely my fault. Youd think theyd just replace them free of charge and make me happy, If it happened again, Id understand. I havent played with my second racquet yet. I hope those strings dont break right away, or Ive been had.

Not the sharpest tacks in the toolbox: I brought in two sticks to be restrung, one with a Babolat VS+ and Babolat RPM hybrid, and the other with a Luxilon and Wilson hybrid. Somehow the Babolats got switched up, AND they put the gut in the cross strings! I went ahead and kept the second one, but asked them to redo the first one with the complete hybrid set (Black VS+ and RPM come in one string pouch as a hybrid set). When I came to get this racquet, again, they managed to put the Babolat VS+ in the mains, BUT put some Wilson string in the crosses. Dur...
