We buy all our soccer gear from here, but last week my son and I tried on a pair of Mercurial Nike turf shoes that were 50% off. We wear the same size right now. The shoes gaves us both heal blisters within 10 min. We have never experienced any shoe doing this. And we are a family of soccer players for over 12 years! After we paid for the shoes, we were informed it was a final sale, no returns. I feel like SoccerWest knew this shoe had problems, and thats why it was 50% final sale. I paid $75 and I cant use these shoes at all. I called the store to complain and was told -no returns or credit! Short sighted move for SoccerWest. They lost a loyal customer.

after all money I spent with these guys I wouldve expected more. I bought a defective Nike ordem 2 $160 ball, I came within 2 weeks of purchase to see if they would exchange. they wouldnt. thanks Obama.
