NEVER have my prescriptions ready. Always have a problem. I drop scripts off weeks in advance, call to check, they say things are fine, go to pick up - dont have the medication. Medication I need for a serious medical condition THAT DAY. Then they inevitably send me 40 minutes away, saying theyve called and checked with the other store and everything is good, stock has been checked, get to the next store - no medicine. Its like this EVERY TIME. I get the same medicines every month, yet they dont know to stock it regularly, and cant seem to plan to fill a script thats dropped off weeks in advance, meaning they arent paying attention to what the needs are and are GOING TO BE. Being disabled is hard enough without having a whole CHAIN of pharmacies continually letting me down. They are like the Keystone Cops of pharmacists. It would be funny if it werent so dire.

Bartell,s is always on my band list over what the store did in Lake Stevens to a 70 year old lady back in 2000. When they continued to prosecute her for shoplifting even though the police determined it wasnt a case of shoplifting. Of course when it made the news they were all apologetic and gave her back the civil fine that they charged her with.

My family has Been coming here for years. Great place and if there are any medication issues (rarely) they can explain and help solve the issue plus they call us personally if there is any important information related to prescriptions

They never have my prescriptions ready either. My doc will fax the prescription and Ill come back hours later only to be told it isnt ready and they need 15-30 mins. Took my prescriptions elsewhere.
