The pharmacy staff here is the worst by far in my forty years, and three kids, that I have ever experienced.. Just downright rude, incompitant, and incredibly slow, Im talking days slow, not hours...My wife and I have been going there for a couple years now, cause its very close to home, just not worth it anymore.. For the prices you have to pay to get the medicine you need, and already been through hell to get, aka, doctor, hospital, etc, to have to be treated the way they treat customers, is just despicable... its not like its an isolated thing either, oh no, its every single time!

The pharmacy is awful, understaffed, unprofessional, and generally just rude. Of the 10+ times Ive gone to pick up prescriptions here, they havent had them ready on time, and quote a wait time and then take considerably longer. Daryl is one of the pharmacists there and he has consistently provided me with terrible customer service. Unless you absolutely have to go here I would avoid it.

My husband received good, quick care here. However, even though the care clinic is advertised as available to treat injuries in addition to illness on the websites (and there is even a sign posted in clinic indicating that stitches care is available), this service is actually *not* available for some reason. Confused and disappointed.

Dont believe the quoted times for the pharmacy to pickup your prescription. Theyre chronically late, and the pharmacy is understaffed with pharmacists and techs who ignore waiting customers, and are often outright rude. The entire operation seems inefficient and under-resourced. Bottom line: fill your prescription elsewhere.

Notoriously slow, rude, unprepared and with the air of superiority; too busy to be bothered by the lowly customer. This is a characteristic of most Bartell Drugs. OH and if Vicki the incompetent Asian pharmacist is working - RUN!!!

The store is always very neat and clean. The staff are very helpful & customer oriented. They great you when you come in & offer help periodically too. Because of the low aisles, you can see around the whole store.

Nice, fairly new store. Most of the employees are friendly people. The new pharmacist is not yet as friendly as the previous pharmacy manager, bit Im sure things will get better with time.
