For the Tire Center - I ordered tires online to replace some tires that were undriveable. As such they were in my trunk. When I dropped my car off I clearly stated I wanted the tires in the trunk replaced and mounted on the car, and asked if I could have the current tires on the car disposed of as well. What did I get? They took my current tires off and replaced them and did absolutely nothing with the ones in my trunk. I know they at least looked at them because as I was leaving my "trunk ajar" warning light came on. So I can only conclude they looked at them and then said "nah, Ill just do the bare minimum". Even worse, I had to wait 3 hours to get it "done". Guess Ill be going elsewhere to get it fixed.

Worst experience ever, I took my son (lives in Bellevue) to the store so maybe he would be interested in a membership so he wouldnt have to travel all the way to Renton (Sams),I explained to the cashier and said I would pay for my mdse and he would pay for his, bad call on my part, not only was I denied but we were trated by her and her manager like we were crooks for tryiing to do this, it goes against member policy of non transferable, does this promote new business, is this how you treat members. As a small business owner I would never allow a customer with money to walk away because of an inconsecuential rule E

Love this place! One stop shop for almost everything you need. It has ton of parking although it becomes a challenge to find parking during weekends. Their return policy is generous. The quality of foods here is good. The counter lines mai be long during weekends, so expect some mad rush. They also have a gas station which is very convenient! Also I am noticing that they are starting to sell branded clothes in a very very reasonable price which is excellent. One down side is that you need to buy everything in BULK. So it is not a good place for singles to shop especially for perishable items.

I find it irritating that most everything is in a different location week to week. For example, Organic Raisins....by the wine in the back of the store, in the front with the organics (where it belongs by the way), end of the aisles in electronics and on and on. I also do not like how they constantly want me to upgrade to their executive card or whatever its called. A cashier finally informed me that I can put "No Exec" on the back of my basic card to get them to quit asking me !! Lastly, good luck in getting any assistance from anyone out on the floor in finding stuff.

In 15 years Ive had one bad experience at the Kirkland Costco, I filed a complaint and I never saw that teller again. I dont understand why people give diminished ratings based on a single interaction with a single teller. If youre that kind of person... WTF is wrong with you? Consistency wins my vote of approval and the Kirkland Costco exemplifies that. Im only writing this review because I noticed the content of some of the negative reviews.... and those reviewers are depraved humans. Someone said something I didnt like ONCE, and suddenly 0 stars, wow, grow up.

Love this location great place, good selection and prices, however the hot coffee was replaced with selfsurfed tastless mud water making machine and now at the start of the summer the latter freeze was out of serves for over a month. If you want to order hale pizza call ahead of time as it may be 3 hours before you can get one some days. The work around to buy 8 slices of pizza separate at once and ask to put it in the box , they may say no thought as I have had expirience so pile up plates for 8 slices and smile.

In desperate need of a remodel. The flow of cars and people in and out of the location are difficult. But I will say the employees are always fast and very courteous. Also the real reason I give them 5 stars is the Tire department, we had a flat and were riding on some tire goo. They fit us in, and cleaned the tire up and the tire pressure sensor, fixed the flat and had us up and going in 45 min. All this at the end of a busy day for them. We really appreciate their service!

Me and my family have been shopping here for years even though they opened up the Woodinville location they now have a gas station and enclosed food court and for all knowledge this is store #8 not the original the Kirkland signature brand came from The Costco headquarters which was located in Kirkland store #1 is in Seattle and now after shopping here for many many years I work here and let me tell you its one of the best places Ive ever worked

One of my favorite bi-monthly shopping excursions. Almost always have great deals on things Ive been wanting, and better prices on most essentials. Check the coupon book and online reviews for real bargains, rebates, etc. Good TV and electronics selection. PC, laptop, Apple, etc. Return policy is the best. cellular phones from the main carriers generally a significantly better deal with less pressure to rip you off.

Horrible customer service from the cashier Raquel, She really dislikes her job and after filling up two shopping carts with my wife and kids the last thing you want is a rude cashier throwing your membership cards and receipt on the counter, she never said hi and when asked if she shouldnt hand deliver the receipt and membership all she said twice was there you go (pointing out to where the receipt and card landed).

I really like Costco, but this is my least favorite in the entire Seattle metropolitan area. The layout is strange, the cafe is open air and at times you deal with birds flying into your eating area and ofcorse where there are birds there are droppings, so not a sanitary experience each time. So Ive stopped having a snack at this location and usually try to avoid this store all together.

Employee moving merchandise yelled at my wife and kids to get out of his way. Parking lot is a terrible design that is frustrating to navigate both in a car and on foot. Ill be going to a different Costco from now on, even though this one is very close to my house. Always had frustrating experiences at this store and now an employee being rude to my family is the last straw.

I love Costco. They close at 8:30, I showed up at 8:20 and got everything we needed. Lines can be really long at check out, but it blows my mind how quickly the lines move. The people are just as awesome as the prices. Word to the wise, dont say "oh let me think about it and Ill come back and get it" things move quick on this place and arent always restocked. Just buy it

Costco has the worlds largest selections and the lowest prices for huge amounts. they have nice atmosphere from their employees. on busy days it can be a hassle to find parking. sometimes you have to walk for like a mile ( not really) with a big shopping cart full of value. there service is great although you might want to get there early 4 parking wise.
