Always there for my needs been using them for years. Been to other games stops Sunnyvale, San Carlos, and this one rocks. Knowledgeable attendants who describe in detail answers to any questions i have. They Called other store to reserve the last VR in October when nobody else had them. 5 stars if youre not getting good service it must be on a day I havent been there or with attendants I havent met.

Just called for questions regarding the switch. Le service est tres bon. Oui, oui baguette. The guy was helpful and informative. Also they seem sehr gut based on past experiences. Das ist dank ja? The multilingual review proves that many people from all over the world have come to this very GameStop purely for its good service. Honestly though, its good so come to this one for your gaming needs.

All the workers are idiots. Most of the time they only one person working so It takes forever to get help or to pay for something. I pre order something and they claim that they never got it in. I believe one of the employees took my item and just told me that it never came in. These employees have the worst costumer service ever!!! Never again will I shop at this gamestop.

I like to go to GameStop to shop before I work. This is my 3 time showing up on Wednesday at 10:20 and the store was still closed I thought the store was open at 10am I guess it must be a typo. I might as well shop online at this point for over priced used video games.

Good and has everything I need. But the store is a tiny bit small and the employees are nice and great so over all it’s pretty good and sometimes it takes a long time to get something when something big comes out and you just want a game.
