Service is knowledgeable, if a little surly, but that doesnt bother me at a butcher too much. Products on offer are GREAT! House-made sausages and gyro burgers are fantastic, and the thick-cut pork chops are consistently the best pork chops Ive ever bought. Game meats available frozen, and they were able to provide some pretty oddball stuff for our Spanish exchange student to cook a traditional Catalan stew. Theres a reason this place had stayed in business for over a century.

We live just a few blocks from Fischer Meats and I thought we had really hit the jack pot as far as a meat store. Today I bought 2 lbs of hamburger and noticed that the guy just used his hands to gather my meat. There was a LOT of hand use in getting exactly 2 lbs. This is not the first time I noticed that no one seems to use gloves. Please guys, use some sense. Please do not handle raw meat with bare hands!!!!!!!

From my first visit, I was impressed with the quality of their products. My husband says their pepperoni sticks are the best hes every had! I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their recommendations when I cant decide what to buy. I will keep going back to Fischer Meats because its not that often you find a shop with old fashioned values and customer service.

I recently took two 12 lb salmon into fischers to be smoked. When I called to see if they were ready, I was told that I wasnt their only customer. When I went in to pick up the smoked fish they only had one of them. They said they lost the other. Now I wont be a customer any more. They are rude and the quality of their smoked fish is not that good. Stick with Jensons.

Most processing is done in house, and all the meat comes from Eastern Washington. Much better selection of meat, and if you have any problems customer service is great. NO BACON? .........Bacon is really good.

Always great service and consistently great products. I love having a local butcher shop that I can count on for quality meats, sausage and other specialty items like sweetbreads, blood sausage, etc.

I took about 30 pounds of elk, most of it back strap, for these guys to prepare for a holiday gathering. These guys lost it then couldnt be bothered. I will not return.
