I have an IPV nebulizer, which is a special order nebulizer typically used for those with advanced lung obstructions. The nebulizer cup for my IPV failed after several years and could not maintain pressure to nebulize. Being this is the pharmacy I got my IPV from I called them for a replacement cup. What a mistake! I called several days before the newyear 2010, and told them what I need and that I needed this to be replaced AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Several people didnt even know what I was talking about and I had to suggest to him to google an IPV to see what I was talking about, because its not an ordinary nebulizer. Throughout January I called SEVERAL times about the state of my urget order of this nebulizer cup, in the mean time my health declining from such poor service and not being able to do routine treatments. I usually got the run around untill I talked to the manager who informed me after the fact, they had ordered the WHOLE circuit, which was extremely expensive and my insurance put a hold on it, despite telling them over and over I only needed a cup. They FINALLY took my word that I needed a cup and ordered just that, finally getting things out of dead lock... after several weeks of not communicating to me. They then didnt notice that when the cup didnt come it didnt even have a tracking number hadnt even been sent yet, despite telling me Id have it that day. 2 weeks later it arrives, they dont even know if its the right one. I have to tell her just send it to me at the worst its NOT right and you have to reorder and fix yet another mistake but at this point Im desperate to do my lung treatments and just want to try the cup. Almost 2 months after my URGENT order, it arrives at my home and thank goodness it works. They have horrible communication skills and have no concept of how urget medical supplies are to people. If you need anything short order, no matter how simple, take your business somewhere else.

We go to Olympic Pharmacy for our sons wheelchair repairs, tune-ups and replacements, and they have been nothing short of amazing. When my sons wheelchair came and the footrest was too low for his feet, they actually custom built a modified footrest for him so that he was more comfortable. Everyone is extremely friendly and the tech guys REALLY know what they are doing. When we needed a new wheelchair but werent sure what kind we needed, they actually sent out an ortho guy so that he could consult with us and our physical therapist so we didnt have to travel to them. We also get our monthly g-tube supplies from them, and they are extremely prompt, always double-checking everything that we need and sending our equipment and formula promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about them-- were so glad we found them!

WE get both monthly shipments of medical supplies and durable medical equipment from Olympic Pharmacy, and have for about 9 years now. The service is consistently excellent, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure that my son has the equipment and supplies he needs. Shipping of monthly supply lists is consistently excellent. Errors in product or count (which were monthly issues at our previous supplier) are virtually non-existent in our experience with Olympic. Special shouts out to Joe, Duncan, and Tony who have become important people in our lives -- we rely on them for great service.

their equipment rental department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. they can never get anything done in the time frame you need it in. then they get an attitude of you dont pay cash and rent it from them. if I could afford to rent it and pay cash I wouldnt have waated the time to file insurance. I wont never use them again for anything.

Went in to ask for phone book to get a jump for my dead car. Within 5 minutes, they had someone from the shop come out with a battery and jumper cables to help. They had nothing gain except goodwill, but everyone went out their way to see if they could get me the help I needed. (Note: Ive also had the same great service with my C-Pap machine equipment)

I have been trying to get to their pharmacy and their phone system is not working - it says press 1 and then after I press 1 keeps repeating the same message - to press 1. Very frustrating - i have tried numerous times. Finally I pressed other numbers - but was never able to talk with anyone.

Much more than just a pharmacy. The selection of medical equipment (walkers, lifts, wheelchairs, etc) is hard to beat. We got a great deal on a Hoyer lift and Id recommend checking here before buying elsewhere.
