Dropped off an antibiotic prescription with Nancy at 11am. She said it would be a while, so I informed her I would come back in the afternoon. I returned at 4pm and they had refilled 2 previous prescriptions that I did not ask for and did not have my new antibiotic ready. I waited in the driveway for 15 minutes before the pharmacist came over to inform me they had lost the copy of my prescription and would need to call the doctor but ifor I came back in 15 minutes it would be ready. I returned 20 minutes later and the pharmacist had not yet called the doctors office. He then called but the office had closed at 430pm. I was told I had to wait until tomorrow morning. When I asked how could they lose a prescription between the window and the counter his answer was, "it gets busy sometimes" like that was a legitimate reason. So now I have one less day to get well before traveling for work. Glad you guys didnt go to med school. Thanks for allowing me to enjoy this sore throat and bronchial infection longer than necessary.

My teenage son and his friend went into the Bartells to get some drinks. They had been skating at the skate park. My son is black and white and his friend is white. The old lady at the counter followed them around and then when they left because they didnt have the flavor of Arizona that they wanted she followed them out and told them to not come back in again. Just because my son is half black does not make him a thief! That old lady should not be profiling my son and unless she actually sees a person steal something in front of her it is against the law to call them a thief. They went back in later and another older lady said they were stealing when they were not. This is a racist, profiling, ignorant team. I am going to write to the corporate office. They should not be allowed to work with the public. Know your stop laws! A bad stop can cost you a lawsuit and if you profile people because of their skin color you are going to get one!

I have not had worse costumer service at a pharmacy than my family and I have had here. If you dont have to use this pharmacy, DONT. I wish I could rate them 0/5 stars. There is one really sweet girl, but the rest a rude and inconsiderate. The past 10 times I have had to refill a prescription, I have called it in days before needed, come to pick it up and it not be ready, claiming they never received a refill when each time I purposefully call and talk to an actual person in the pharmacy. Needless to say we have had enough of the unprofessionalism and are switching pharmacies as soon as possible.

The worst pharmacy ever. I cant go to rite aid or Walgreens because they dont take my insurnace. They take forever to fill a prescription, they always give me different answers and they have poor customer service.. they have lost my prescription before too.

I have mixed reviews about the pharmacy. Sometimes they are really nice, and sometimes they act like Im interrupting them and not worth their time. No sure. The front cashiers have always been nice along with photo department.

I frequent the pharmacy due to medical conditions and rarely are they ready on time or at all when I go to pick them up. Ive noticed many people have this problem with the pharmacy. It didnt used to be this way.

This is one of my favorite Bartells... They have a great cosmetics dept and a pretty nice pharmacy. They also sell alcohol and are great for spontaneous gifts.

Been in UP for over 40 yrs. This is our drug store. No competition from the W one or R aid. Nice staff are the difference. Friendly, helpful and trained.

The pharmacy here is awesome! The other staff has always been friendly beyond just courtesy. When I was SUPER sunburn everyone was trying to help me.
