I went in 5 days ago because my mini dachshund started having digestive issues. I spoke with Constance and she was awesome. She listened to what I had to say and helped me to find what I needed. She gave me some samples to take home for my little to try! That right there showed me that they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! I tried out the food on my girl and went back in yesterday to purchase some food. My husband said that price wasnt an object. As long as our puppy is happy and healthy, that is all that matters. Thank you, Mud Bay and Constance for your help!!

For a specialty pet store, much of what they offer is fairly priced and of premium quality. Some things can be a tad more expensive, but the courteous service, free samples each visit and the array of foods and toys for our furbaby more than makes up for what I pay out of pocket. Buying from Mudbay, I am confident in the quality of the food products I feed my kitten, and the shopping experience is pleasant.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. High quality products. The woman that helped me, found food products for me, specific to my cats diet and health issues. They even gave us samples, which helps avoid spending money on something that my picky guy wont eat. He loves the food btw. I will definitely go back to purchase some.

I cant explain why, buy Im always trying to find myself an excuse to go in here and shop when Im in the area. For some reason, I just like going in here and spending money, even when I dont have a real reason. The stuff they offer is at a very good price, too.
