I shopped with them for about a year and a half. For bulk items, soft drinks, occasionally some really awesome deals that would come along. I learned early on not to buy apples or tomatoes from them and to check the dates on everything. Their staff were always so nice to me; I actually started looking forward to seeing them. One day I had a six hour procedure done on my foot. By the time I could walk the actual thought of real shoes made me crimge. I ended up putting those kind of slippers on that look like socks on top but have a thin rubber sole on bottom. Limping into the store, I was stopped by one of the girls who told me I couldnt come in because I was wearing socks. I began to explain that they looked like socks but the bottom was rubber soled and foot cant handle proper shoes, etc. She cut me off "health code violation. Youre not coming in". That was so embarrassing, like I was some barefoot Okie or something. I just said, "ok, I wont be back". I havent been back since

This is actually very difficult for us because we frequent this store at least a dozen times a week, for at least the past 5 plus years. Last year, my little restaurant spent a little over $3000, and consider it a part of our business family. In fact, we consider the employees of this store to be really good people...however, Debbie, who claims to own this store, should not deal with any of the customers ever. This woman humiliated my wife, in front of all the customers today simply for asking a price question. Its not in the nature of most stores to demand someone leave the store simply for this fact, but in this store, we are finding it is in their policy. This act of disgusting humiliation has motivated us to take our business elsewhere and we encourage you to do the same. No one deserves to be treated in such a way where an ally cat gets better treatment, and we will make it our mission to share this horrific story with everyone considering this disgusting environment.

As a person who has worked over 25 years of customer service, i can finally say that i have experienced THE most disrespectful, unthoughtful and disgusting customer service yet. Her name is Whonda and is a cashier at this store. I dont care if she was having a bad day or etc. , nothing excuses the disrespect me and my daughter experienced today. Pretty sure that after NOT helping a customer and then rudely responding with "YEA, I shoulda coulda", is not how customer service should be displayed. completely disgusted.

It was a Sunday morning @ around 9:30 a.m. on 1/16/17. The cashier and a helper was talking with each other, ignoring me when I was trying to pay. She was not friendly not all so did the helper. When I tried to pay with a credit card for a purchase of under $9.00, she said if I am using a credit card, she needs to see my ID. (A merchant is not allowed to require your I.D. for a credit card transaction). The cashier was rude, not friendly and lack of knowledge.

This location has a really good selection of organic staples, such as rice, canned goods, produce, and even some frozen and packaged stuff. Im always happy with the selection of vegan friendly items, like organic tofu and Gardein products. Stock and consistency can be a bit spotty, but its worth it for such a good selection of otherwise pricey items. Keep an eye out on the wine selection too - sometimes there are some real stunners!

Awesome little store, always clean. Lots of variety, and great prices! Try the monkey punch energy drink its. Yummy! Also have small non food and seasonal items. Good place for. Discount cereal, dry goods in general. Not too much overall variety, but a little of everything. They take snap and wic benefits.

Pretty decent deals. Some things are same price as a regular grocery store. But Ive always gotten pretty good deals there. Their produce isnt too great most the time. And they do carry uncommonly seen brands. Random finds in the home section. Overall worth a look when youre doing groceries.

This location has a great selection of gluten-free foods often at $2-3 less than elsewhere. Food items change because this is not a regular grocery store, but a discount one. Worth driving out of your way if you need gluten-free. Great for everyone for groceries at a huge savings.

Its harder to find great deals these days. The employees are not so friendly, stocking crew is more interested in getting merchandise out than helping customers. Cashiers usually carry on conversations with each other, rarely make eye contact or smile.

The selection is not great and the layout is pretty random. Marcs (located in ohio) is a similar concept of buying from other grocery stores their overstocked items. I think this grocery outlet is a poor execution of this concept.

Love shopping here. Theres times when I have saved more then Ive spent. U can walk out of there with a cart full of grocherys for $100 in stead of just a couple bags like Albertsons or safeway
