Rude. Rude. Rude. Dennis a QFC manager was asked if they had more selections in the cold and flu area. There are 2 separated areas. His answer was "of course".... Without further assistance. So I asked where? In a very sarcastic tome he said..." In the pharmacy obviously".... This is only my second visit to the store... And I didnt notice. I purchased the cold medicine and complained to the clerk. She told me he is always rude and sarcastic to everyone... especially his coworkers. I asked for the manager... Guess who? Yep.. Its Rude Dennis.... same guy. I went back to the medicine aisle and said to Dennis. "Hey.. Youre the manager right?" He said "Hey I am right?".. Really!!!? Whats with this guy. So I called him out... And said why are you so rude to everybody?? He said an employee called in sick. What a whiner! So I bent down to his level where he was stocking shelves and whispered softly...... Thats not my f_##"! :&n problem. And told him Id check back to make sure he had changed his attitude. Apparently nobody is paying attention to this guy. Coworkers tell me customers complain about him all the time!

This is certainly a convenient location if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods. The store is small, compared to other QFC stores, but it is kept clean and organized. The reason I provide a low rating for this store is because of the appalling customer service. My husband and I are a young couple who have noticed that we do not receive the same friendly service as other customers. Cashiers rarely ever bother to greet us when ringing up out items. They simply hand us the receipt without saying a word. Today, a young man continued this rude pattern by walking away from the register without bothering to hand us our receipt (which we had to take ourselves from the register). If you decide to issue a complaint to the manager, you will probably be met with the same unphased attitude. Also, the prices are ridiculous. Youll save yourself a few dollars and avoid a frustrating experience by shopping elsewhere.

I only visit this store weekdays, between so perhaps it is better run at other times. In the 30+ visits Ive made to this store (usually 2/week) to buy lunch after 1:30, Ive only been able to buy something from the deli counter once - they just do not want to wait on customers or answer questions about a deli counter product. Which leaves me as a lunchtime customer with a couple of options beyond the produce section where I get a piece of fruit: 1) a lunchable, 2) a frozen entree (the selection is pretty sparse because its a small store), or 3) somthing in a can, or 4) overpriced soup from the self-service area of the deli. The Starbucks in the store is run by a really nice person, but its slow. And the iced coffee is bad - I think theyre using really old coffee left over from the morning rush. The check out team is fabulous though! Always nice and fast.

This place is way overpriced for all there grades of fuel, i would not recommend going there for gas. However, they do have a Air Machine that is free. They also have an auto shop where if you ask them they will do the air for you for free! I also wouldnt recommend ever going there for auto problems. They also have a little store with pretty much everything overpriced and not much stuff in there. but if you ask the cashier, they can give you free matches if you need any. I would only go there for the free services that they would offer, i would never give them a dime of my money...

This is definitely not the largest QFC in the area, but it has a decent selection, including quite a few organics. The staff are always very friendly. The prices are good, but if you are going for a bottle of wine, stop by the state liquor store in the same parking lot first. If the state store has it, youll save a few dollars.

Rude employees throw my groceries to the side after they scan them. Apples should not be thrown and yogurts should not be dropped, its an obvious thing but apparently not for these careless people.

Definitely one of the smaller stores here. Convenience factor aside I would not shop here when Im in the area. Selection/variety also seems pretty sparse compared to their other locations.

Although there is a larger QFC less than a mile away, this location pretty much has everything I need without having to deal with the potential traffic near Bellevue square.

Spare your stop at this QFC unless youre in a hurry and nearby. Nowhere near the selection and friendliness of the Bellevue Village location just south of here.

Hidden gem in Clyde Hill. No need to go to other QFC, bigger though, in Bellevue Downtown. This store has everything.

Ok, a smallish QFC location, but depending on where you live, less traffic than going into downtown Bellevue.

Perfectly fine if smallish neighborhood grocer. Very good produce guy -- chat with him for some good advice.

Do yourself a favor and go to the location downtown on 8th instead.
