This review is for Alicia, who was the best help a car idiot like me could possibly hope for in my time of confused desperation. The car engine light went on my 2002 Ford Taurus so I went in for the free diagnostic test. Alicia was there to help, and did she ever. We checked the diagnostics, and though there was no definitive result from the little orange device (its a free test everyone, if you want a super-detailed diagnostic, pony up at a mechanic shop you trust), Alicia went out of her way to talk me through the potential problem(s) and recommend some possible solutions. She offered solid, knowledgeable advice and some potential purchases from the store that might help, though I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me on things I didnt want or need. In the end, I bought a battery cleaning kit and some fuel system cleaner, but more importantly, came away with a peace of mind and some great advice. Thanks Alicia!!

I bought a break kit that they sold specifically for my car. The breaks fit the car fine, but the clips that hold them in place didnt. I asked for Autozone to swap out that part, since they either sold me the wrong kit or one that had been packed wrong. Instead, I was given the option of returning the whole kit (when no other kit was available and I already had the car on a jack with the old brakes taken off), or paying for the correct part even though Autozone screwed up. This seemed rediculous to me, especially after over an hour of my time wasted trying to figure out why the breaks werent going on properly, and then another half hour just waiting to speak to a manager. I would not go back, wouldnt trust the store to sell the right thing, and wouldnt trust the store to take care of the issue if a mistake was made.

Bought a new catalytic converter, installed it and it was malfunctioning. Came in to get the new one to replace the other one, they wouldnt give me the new one until I removed the bad one. When I finally removed the bad one I had to get a ride back to autozone just to give them the bad one to get the new one. When I came back into autozone to get the new one it wasnt the right part.. Im sure you all understand my frustration, having to drive back and forth and ended up paying the mechanic several times because of this. Terrible. Will never do business with them again.

Avoid this location, they sold me a battery for my car that was the wrong size. When I brought it back they actually acted annoyed they had to exchange it. Manager was kind to his employee who made the mistake (good looking early 20 something blonde) but rolled his eyes at me. I know we all have our days but thats just terrible service.

The manager was in a very bad mood when ge rung up my return, and I felt very rushed and unwelcome. The other clerk did not believe me when I brought back a bottle of rain guard because it had leaked in the box before I even used it. This store does not seem friendly at all. Shop at a different location.

Horrible experience!!! I work for a mechanic service and have a commercial resale certificate and the manager was very rude and would not allow me perchuse parts I needed using the company account or credit card. I and our company will never be dealing with AutoZone again!!

Knew exactly what I needed even had part #, manager told me he d never heard of that on my vehicle told me to go get vehicle registration to "prove" it to him that was really my vehicle. Left and went to Napa had the part I needed in 2 min.
