Summary: My car wouldnt start due to battery problems, so I had to walk to this store they ended up giving me a ride and lending me tools to change my car battery helping tremendously. My car battery died on me at work one day so I needed a new one. I had managed to get my car home through getting jumps from Co workers but once I got home... I had nobody to jump me. So with a dead car and nobody to help at the time I looked for auto stores around where I lived that were within walking distance. So I came across Advance Auto Parts on Everett Ave. So I placed an order online for in store pickup (coupons saved some cash) and I headed there to go pick up the battery. Mind you I live over a mile away and walking back to my home would be a full uphill walk WITH a battery! Was not look forward to that! So when I got to the store I explained to the lady at the counter whos name was Pam, a very nice lady! She told me to hold on a second to see if she could help me out so I wouldnt have to carry the battery all the way home. So she comes back out and tells me she got me some help with a ride home to my car! Steve was the man who came out and helped me in not only giving me a ride home but also let me the tools needed to change the battery! Very very nice people working here if I could give a 6 star you bet I would! Thank you Steve and Pam!

Steve and his team are one of a kind they are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get you the right part. I am always disappointed when I go to another auto parts store because they have set my expectations so high. Thats why I always end up coming back. Go here and you will see the difference
