My wife and I came in for a weekend sale of 30% off all leather jackets at seperate times. I purchased and told my wife about the great sale. When my wife was buying hers, the very polite helpful nice guy let her know if she leaves her email address, she can receive an extra 5% discount. Great! I said to him that what about my earlier purchase? Can I have my price adjusted? The pushy impatient car salesman type store manager jumped into the situation and interrupted the conversation. She told me no, it was already a completed transaction. So I began to say of how I think Ill just return the jacket I bought earlier, and then just repurchase it, so I can get my extra 5% off. As I am trying to explain my thought here, the manager interrupts my words, not once, twice, or three times, but my sentence was interrupted four times without letting me finish my words! What kind of customer service is that!!??? I am trying to get a deal I feel I deserve since we are buying two jackets, and we have two different email addresses! The very nice salesman was trying to help us, and the rude old gray haired "Store Manager" scolded him and said, "That is not very nice of you! That is not the way we do things here, it is too late!!" I cant believe she was behaving like she was having money taken out of her own pocket. So there was a paperwork hassle! Take care of your customers!! There was another younger girl there, a manager as well, not the store manager, and we felt bad we had to get serious and create tension just to get what we were entitled to. After the extremely rude and pushy woman had left home for the day, we returned to the store to apologize to the very nice salesman and other manager girl. We felt bad to perhaps get them in trouble for doing their job properly and helping the customer. The two employees are a great asset to Wilsons. The older gray haired store manager is a perfect example of how you do not treat customers. She would not listen to the customer, she snapped at me, as if I should know what register to go to, to get the credit back. She wanted to argue with the customer, and not listen to my point. She was pushy aggressive and argumentative because she did not want the customer to have the best experience and save the best money. I am telling everyone I know of this situation. Fire her, and give much praise to the other two employees there that must deal with her on a daily basis. My wife had to return her jacket the next day for a smaller size and she had to deal with that woman again. She got the size she needed, but the woman (Store Manager) did not give her her receipt back. Now she has no receipt for her jacket. I hope the right people see this, and I hope this may help someone.

The fact that nobody on the reviews that give bad reviews, havent been replied to really makes me irritated. Anyways, 2 weeks ago I went to this mall with my boyfriends mother, we were shopping. Well we went into etiquette and when we were done shopping we went to wait in line, there was only 1 other girl in front of us who was waiting there for 4 minutes she said. My bfs mother was getting irritated that nobody was up to cash us out, let alone we havent seen any workers the whole time we were in there. She walked towards the back and 2 employees were just standing back there having a conversation and playing on their phones. So she told the workers that weve been waiting to get checked out for awhile, all they said was okay and started walking towards the registers with an irritated look on their faces. Well they cashed the girl out who was in front of us and that girl thanked us for getting somebody to help her. Then we went to get cashed out and both the girls continued with their conversation and were very rude to us the whole time. This used to be one of my favorite stores. Im definitely not ever coming back here again. You need a new staff for this store.

Nike, finishline, lids, bed bath &beyond, Oakley, purfumaina, and use to Marshalls but they still have Burlington coat factory which is ok. And 5hey have def stepped up their food court! But one of favs is dariy queen and that auntie Annes pretzel s .and also right by as in same parking g lot practiley is red Robin. Mcds Panda Express and this one has a DRIVE THRU lol its so awesome ;) they also added Jimmy Johns some yogurt place qudobas prob spelled that wrong but a few more places to eat and theres a couple haircutting places a GameStop a Sams club w/pumps for gas and of course a super Walmart yes open 24hrs and a really nice theaters which all those places I just named surround and def is walking distance from SuperMall its pretty much has all ur needs unless u shop at Costco and u need a Dept store like Macys or Nordstrom but it does have Tommy Hilfiger gap Victoria secret and few more alp in all its a great shopping center !! Thing even have vending machines that give u cash for your old phone or tablet!! ;) So there you go now get out there and get shopping !!!

MICHAEL KORS OUTLET Very Bad Experience!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. My wife shopped at Micheal Kors on the Thanksgiving weekend and used the credit card to pay. After swiping the credit card, they circled the return policy on the back of the receipt and gave it to me. A couple of weeks later when I went to return the bag, they refused to return saying that they can either exchange or give store credit. Well, prior to swiping the card, I was not verbally informed about the policy, once the card is swiped there is not way to return and get cash back. It is a sunk cost for me now. I requested the store manager "Chantelle Quinn" several times that she should give me the benefit of doubt but she was extremely RUDE and ADAMANT. Be aware of buying from this store, they are deceiving people. I FEEL BEING HARASSED!!

This mall recently had a makeover and looks beautiful! Nordstrom Rack is a main attraction for this mall along with Old Navy, Banana Republic, Gap, Anne Taylor, Anne Taylor Loft, J Crew, and others. If you are a parent looking for kids clothes, this mall has Burlington, Gap, Old Navy, Gymboree, Osh Gosh, Carters, among others. If you are looking for toy stores, there is only one store that sells toys and games. If there was to be an improvement for families, this would be an area to expand on. There is a little play area (like a lot of other malls) and a Carousel; there is also a small food court and Johnny Rockets restaurant.

I havent been to the Outlet Collection (aka. The Super Mall) in a number of years and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. Compared to a few years ago, the place is cleaner than I remember. Plus, and the best part to me, was the types of outlets. From Nike to Levis, Adidas, Wilsons Leather, Gap, even Express, etc. The Outlet Collection/Super Mall used to be full of a lot of imported knockoff stores, but now it truly has become a good destination for easy access to high-quality outlets without the need to drive way up north or down to Centralia.
