Horrible service. First of all, when i needed help they wouldnt come out of the back. and when i didnt need help this one lady was in my face and very rude. she called me MASTER and i was creeped out. then, when i needed help finding toner because i was bleaching my hair, they had no idea what anything was. i had more knowledge about it than them. and one of the employees working there looked horrible. i mean, if youre working in a beauty supply store i would expect you to look presentable. she hadnt showered in two weeks, baggy torn dirty ugly clothes and didnt look presentable to be at work in general, much less a beauty store. when they werent sure what the hell they were doing, they called their manager to ask what toner i should get. while on the phone with her manager, she looked me dead in the eye and asked me what color my hair was. it was unmistakably black. she was a total idiot. the lady then proceeded to sell me the wrong toner. when i did a strand test it turned my hair green. i looked the product up online and it was for GRAY hair!!! im not even sure it was toner. i was so upset because now i have to live with orange hair until i can find the time to go back to that store. i will be returning the product and complaining. they were unprofessional, rude, gross, and just plain creepy. i suggest to stay away from the employees because they are brainless. the only good about this store is the products they sell, and thats only good because no other store sells it. a low rating from me.

Such a nice, clean store!! It is under new management and they have all new girls working in there which was much needed. The shelves are always stocked, they have great products, and the girls try their best to answer any and every question I have. They are so kind and helpful and they make the trip in there that much better. Definitely a nice change!

I come here often because the prices are great (especially with the discount card) and I havent been offered help even once. The staff are rarely seen and unhelpful (though not directly rude). I recommend doing product research before coming so you know what to buy and can help yourself, so to speak. But the prices cant be beat.

The manager Alice S. has the worst costumer services skills ever! The first time that she was rude I thought that she was having a bad day, but I have been there a couple of times and she always have the same attitude. They should do something about her.

2017-06-23 Wow (most of) the personnel in here do not have the best customer skills. You can use discount and or coupons in emails and text messages at checkout. After my wife left the store, she received a text message with 30% discount on next purchase.
