I went over Sally to buy my hair products. The staff member was very polite when I told her that I forgot my member card. She said that she will help me looking at the system and finding me. "That wont be any Problem" she stated. Very nice lady. I saw the ad indicating : buy two Full size product and get one free. I have taken the advantage of this sale before. I have long, long hair. I am leaving long to donate to a dearest family member who has alopecia (hair loss). When I went to pay the manager and staff members said that this Full Size does not apply to the Full Size shampoo and condition that I was purchasing. The Full Size for them was the $8.99 product which is a "small bottle". I left the place very disappointed with this vague advertisement. I have taken this opportunity before with this kind of sale and it says Full Size and I buy Full Size Shampoo and Condition, (big bottle). Sometimes my husband buy it for me or my sister and I never seen a Full Size referred to a "small bottle". A disappointed customer, Rosalie

My first visit to this store was not a good shopping experience. I was not able to find any of the products that I was looking for but what made it worse is the staff made no attempt to even ask me what I needed. Stopped in a second time, with hesitation and low expectations, but this time I stopped for items I knew they would have. I was not able to find it and had to ask...no problem there. The problem happened when I asked the associate and she just pointed, no words, just pointed..and the other associate did nothing. I will never shop here again and intend to send my repeat disatisfaction with this store to their corporate headquarters.

I went here to get blue magic and they didnt even have it. This is supposed to be a hair beauty place. They are supposed to carry hair products. It is grease. Why would they not have grease.
