I have never written a review before, but I just left this store and I have never felt so disrespected and undermined in my life. I came into the store for some clip in hair extensions and they had them all hanging behind the counter. I grabbed a few other things I needed and proceeded to ask the lady at the counter if she would help me find some hair extensions that matched my color, she seemed nice and genuine in trying to help me find some..but due to the limited selection I wasnt able to find any that matched my hair color even though she insisted it did. But the real problem happened after I checked out...I bought my items and as I was about to leave she brought up a bottle of some skin care stuff and told me I needed to read the back of it. I thought maybe she was giving out free samples or trying to sell a product, but I was the only one I saw that she showed it to. It was a bottle of some skincare stuff. She started reciting the ingredients from the back of it and stating how I should implement it into my skincare. I asked her if she was trying to sell it to me or if she was giving it away for free? She said "no, I just wanted you to read it". Appalled, I said ok and left. Ive had some acne and problem skin since I can remember, and the fact that someone would bring up my biggest insecurity when that isnt even the reason why I was there is very upsetting. If youve ever struggled with bad skin, the last thing you want someone to do is bring it up and belittle you, as if you already didnt know it was there. It would be one thing if she was trying to sell this product to everyone...but the fact she told me "I just needed to read it" is so disrespectful. I will not be back.

Good service. They have a good selection of products. But store feels crowded and items can be difficult to locate without assistance. Not my number one place to shop for hair care.
