I have been going to them for my refills for 4 months now for my suboxone. In yesterday the pharmacist decided that he was not going to fill my script. Because I have unacare insurance n they dont cover them with out having a pre-op filled saying that the insurance will pay for them. Now keep this in mind.. this is the 5th script from the same dr. N witch since I have been going to this dr I have been going to Walgreens n paid cash n got half out n with my next check I would get the other half... that 406 $ a month. N they even called me just like every time the dr sent the script saying that the insurance will not cover them what do u want to do. I told them I have been paying cash since I started this dr... to fill half n I would be there shortly to pick them up.... now they never called back. So when I get there they r not ready... so I ask..... n they said I had insurance n if the insurance will not cover them I wont fill them. So I asked y. N he said I have to go to the one my insurance company has as a locked n pharmacy... so by now messing around with this place for 3 hours. They said they dont take cash cuz .. now when does a store not take cash.. oh well.. but best bet I will never go back. In definitely will never send any friends or family... so now I have to deal with them to send the script to a different pharmacy .... in it had to be send to cvs

I have been several times and everybody is always very friendly and they always greet me when I come in. The pharmacy techs/pharmacists are always nice and willing to answer my questions. I like how their automated phone system calls let me know when my prescription is ready. The store is always clean and well organized. I also like their 50% off clearance rack over by the drink coolers.

Unacceptably long wait time, over 3 hours to fill our prescriptions. There are several other pharmacies in the area who are capable of filling prescriptions in a timely manner. These people are not.
