I have got to say that today when old time Customer Service seems like a distant memory, the people at Keller still have it!!! A huge shout out to MATT for providing me the alternative drain options I NEEDED for my 2 new Shampoo units! Also to SHELLY for helping me to keep within the budget I needed and EDWIN for his time and quality of service. They not only met, but exceeded expectation!!! Thank you as well to PAUL!! The staff is incredible. They address your questions and if they dont have a answer right then, they find it and get back to you. If there were more companies today like Keller International, theyd still be in business!! In conclusion, other businesses should hire Keller to teach THEIR staff what REAL Customer Service is!!! I recently purchased a reclining pedicure chair for use with a Hollywood Footsie Spa at our Salon in Pittsford, New York. The staff was more than friendly and they were able to quickly assist me with what my need was. My Chair was previously owned as they have used and new stock but the Chair itself looked as if it had just come out of the box. It is working great for my salon which is on the smaller side. The biggest plus was the owner was willing to deliver the chair on his way home so I could have it that evening and the next day and not have to interrupt our schedule!!! I would recommend this company to any salon owner looking to replace or buy new salon equipment. I will be returning!!!

Just thought to complement Tracy and Matt for their prompt, A+ customer care from Keller Intl. I purchased parts to repair an older specific shampoo bowl model. Matt and Tracy together are not only knowledgeable, but a great front-&-backend support team, who worked seamlessly and effortlessly together. Each also brought an individual touch of quality and compassionate human side to meet and deliver the exact customers needs. As a 3-time returning customer, I am beyond satisfied. I havent bought nothing but I have been looking and trying to get in contact with other salon/barber equipment companys and so far keller international is the only company who answered all my questions and has reply back not only on there website but also on instagram. Im the owner of Southtown Barbers and I believe having a good customer service with no pressure is a must, and I see keller international having the same good service and no pressure. Opening our new shop was very stressful, but the friendly staff at Keller International helped make it a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your salon/barbershop needs and will continue to work with them. Danielle came all the way to Buffalo and took pictures of the shop because she loved the way it looked, and gave us all the pictures to use for our website and Facebook page at no charge. Great experience all around!

Im so happy with the service I received at Keller International. Everyone I spoke with was so knowledgeable, kind, and helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the best equipment for my salon, and I had A LOOOOTT of questions. They even gave me awesome tips on how to keep my equipment clean a sparkling. I highly recommend Keller for salon equipment. You will be glad you did. If I could give me than 5 stars I would.

Wonderful company to do business with. I purchased several styling chairs from them and decided to turn one of them into a kiddy-chair. So I needed a "fixing plate". The item was not even on their website as parts. But they accommodated me. Matt, their fine technician, guided me on the phone and sent me the part. Great customers service and a company that stands behind their product is why I shop with Keller As a salon owner I cant take all day to find a part for a chair or another piece of equipment, Keller customer service is always there to help. A damage delivered chair was replaced promptly, they stand behind their product. I always recommend Keller for my go to salon equipment store.

What a terrible experience it was to shop with them. It would have been more enjoyable waiting at the DMV then for either one of their customer service reps, Edwin and Emily, to service our order. We will never shop with them again as they would not return our voicemails on the status of our order.

The order and delivery of our new hair stations was fabulous. The stations are beautiful. However, there was some parts missing and a chip in our granite. I called on 12/2 and had to follow up two weeks later as I have still not heard back from Keller.....

Bought 2 chairs. One was great the other the arm is loose and cant be tightened. I called and the person that answered the phone said someone would get back to me. They never did. The chairs are gorgeous. But no one gets back to you when you have a problem.
