My sister and I went in today to get some products to color our hair. My sister did not have her card with her, but she has always been able to provide her cell phone number if it was not tangible to prove her license. The lady who was working, Heather, was rude and unpleasant the second we walked in the door. I dont know whether it was because she was having a bad day, was a generally unhappy person, or was judging us based on our style (my sister has a very edgy style, but that should never matter). She was sarcastic, callous, and MEAN. As we checked out, she and a man sitting in the chair by the door scoffed at us as we attempted to give my sisters number and buy our products. I came back in to ask for her name so I could write this review and was laughed at by another woman who walked in. Some key points; My sister asked ME, "Where is the purple shampoo?" and Heather says, (from the counter) "Its literally right there. Right in front of your face." I know I will never come back to this location again, and will make sure to tell my friends and family not to either. With so many kind people looking for a job, it amazes me that someone with so little regard for other peoples feelings would work in customer service.
