Awesome store, very large and clean. Selection of gear and gadgets is great, lots of good deals on well-made clothing. Service was tops! The employees were all super friendly and helpful and helped me order a pair shoes. They arrived at my house in just three days! Very impressed. Been waiting for them to come down here for a while. A tremendous new addition to the mall!

This is my third visit to this store and it is far from my last! As usual everyone who works there are exceptional! Larry saw me shopping and freely offered friendly advice. I was checked out by Robyn, who does have a bad review on here, and she was just as nice and friendly as her coworkers have been!

The cashier (Robyn) treated me with absolute disrespect on two separate occasions. Ive filed two complaints (1 phone & 1 email) with no response. With the exception of this rude employee, Ive had positive interactions with the rest of the staff.

Great store well stocked, clean! Friendly knowledgeable staff. I do wish they had more accessories and camping/biking section but I am aware their corporate has ultimate determination of that. Love the products and the guarantee!!
