Terrible... We are in PA on vacation, had some extra time and thought wed go in to investigate Harman Pellet stoves. The youngish male sitting at the desk right in front of the entrance never even acknowledged our coming through the door, nothing. After several minutes of browsing on our own trying to read the literature, this male came around the corner and asked "do we have questions" " where are you from" " whats your zip code", returned to his desk at the front of the store and replied with "the location of your dealer is", apparently he didnt want to even answer questions for us as we were not local.
