I was just in sephora and the employees they had today were so rude. I asked them simple questions and one looked at me like she didnt know what i was saying while the other act like i was bothering her. I also asked if i could get some foudation on my face and she said give her a minute. I understood sunce she was checking a customer out but i waited 20mins and she was still standing at the cash register. I wait 10 more minutes and turn around to see her chit chatting with other employee. So i got angry and just stormed out. I was actually looking to buy a decent bit of makeup was planning to spend $200 but i guess i didnt look rich enough like the other ladies in the store. Thanks for being such great employees.

I came to Sephora a couple of weeks ago looking for the perfect foundation after being matched incorrectly at MAC. I met Giovanna and she was nice enough to assist me. She not only helped me find the perfect foundation but she taught me about color correcting to help conceal dark marks under my foundation for a more even coverage while using less product. She also helped me go over skin care and helped me to understand the importance of applying moisturizer before makeup. Overall, I was very happy with my visit to Sephora! Giovanna and her coworkers were very pleasant and friendly! I mentioned to my girlfriends what a nice experience I had and Im sending them over!

I have been looking for a tinted moisturizer and Ruby was super helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me pick one out. She even applied two different tinted moisturizers on me so I could see which one I liked best. Will definitely be back.
