The doctors & nurses are nice & obviously well trained, but the billing department is the worst I have ever seen!! First, they double bill you... the majority of one will be paid thru insurance (depending on your ins) and the other will get denied by the insurance because its for the same thing, but the one that gets denied you end up having to pay for. We were making payments on these bills & because we were not paying enough each month, they turned it over to collections! Then, tried to bill again on the same account that they had turned over to collections! Do Not go there!!!!!

I have had 1 great treatment experience after the other there BUT, they are SO slow and ALWAYS behind schedule. Dr G Sandborn was the BEST! He worked me in and diagnosed me in one 4-hour visit what no one seemed able to do before for an entire year. Dr Mcgehee is really good too. I admire a dr that looks into your eyes and admits that there is another dr who has more experience with your case that you should see. Then he commences to getting you worked into his schedule. Really good Eye Institute but needs to work on the time-wasting scheduling issues.

I went to this Virginia Eye Institute for eye pain that was concerning me. Long story short, they gave me absolutely nothing, (not even simple eye drops) they dilated my eyes & did not say anything about driving/not driving/having someone pick me up. They were also rude to my mother when she called to complain. Since February, theyve called me several times about a $20 balance - I work crazy hours & theyve woken me up on a couple of those occasions. I do not recommend this place & Ive never had as poor of an experience at any other eye doctor.

Ive been to 2 doctors there, Palisano and McMillan, and both were great. Otherwise, half the staff treats you like youre an inconvenience and the other half couldnt be better. As of today, its taken 3 weeks for them to deliver a simple pair of glasses. Nothing unusual, simple prescription. Cant cancel the order and go somewhere else where it would probably take a day. Ill probably go somewhere else next time in spite of the good doctors.

Been going to one of your Drs. for several years. Have eyes that water constantly. So bleary that I cannot see clearly. Dr. says that it is caused by "dry eyes" and I just have to llive with it.. Looked on Mayo Clinic site and site offers several remedies for this condition. Do you have anyone on your staff who can address this problem and get me relief??

Made an appointment a month ago for our daughter who is going away to school. They called with 3 weekdays notice to cancel. We said we would take any available appointment with any doctor at any location in the next 3 weeks. They said no, first available is in six weeks. No regard whatsoever for their clients, and they couldnt care less.

We have a appointment at 10 to 1 because they change the 1 20 appointment we have we already wait 1 hours and still waiting they are irresponsible with the time of appointment if u put a hour and we are on time why we have to wait more than 1 hour for the doctor
