Walked in without an appointment looking for a pair of glasses. The staff welcomed me in like I had been coming there for years and got right to the business of getting me fixed up with a great looking pair of glasses for a great price. Not just once, but several times I was asked if I was being helped while sitting waiting for my lenses to be installed in my new frames. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had in a doctors office or an eye glass store!! I was blown away by the staff and the value I received. If you are looking for a place to go for your eye care needs, I would highly recommend the Ridgefield Vision Center. Im going back for sure!

Although the waiting time was a little longer than normal, due to the Doctor spending time making sure he gave the best possible care and attention to a couple of elderly patients ahead of me, he certainly deserves bonus points for that. My care as usual, was handled in the most professional way possible. Dr Droter and staff presented all of the options available, along with the pros and cons allowing us to proceed with the best course of action. Ive been a patient for over 10 years now, and Ive never been disappointed in the service and care, as well as the quality of the correction of my visual impairments.

Very professional and thorough. A couple of years ago my insurance was changed by my employer and I had to find somebody new. I wandered around for 4 years trying various other practices but was never happy with the experience. Now that they switched my insurance back I was able to return to Dr. Droters practice. Everything is now back to normal and Im getting the best attention from the entire staff: from reception to picking a new pair of glasses with Mikes help. I recommend this practice to anyone who wants professional attention with a touch of family feel and friendliness.

Always professional and highly experienced! Dr. Droter, is exceptionally thorough and doesnt try to "push" new glasses on anyone. He is precise and down to earth. The office staff is stellar, special shout out to Amber with her insurance knowledge and willingness to help get the most coverage and discounts available and Mike, whom my wife thinks is the best thing next to sliced bread. He is always willing to help and very personable. This is an awesome group and well deserving of a 5 star rating!

Fantastic experience. Was able to schedule an appointment the same week I initially called. The staff was very friendly and helpful in regards to my exam and assisting me in finding a pair of glasses that fit well. Also, when deciding on lenses/upgrades I didnt feel like I was given a sales pitch to get all the most expensive options, they genuinely told me what I would probably want given my lifestyle and then told me all other upgrades were unnecessary. I would highly recommend this office.

For years me and my children have been going to the same optometrist. But, the doctors office is not close to where we live. So, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and look for a doctor close by. From the moment We walked in the atmosphere was very inviting. Staff very friendly and The Doctor AMAZING!!! Im so glad I decided to take my family there. The most important aspect of it all, is that the prices where far more reasonable then the place we where going to for the last 10 years.

My service at Ridgefield Vision Center has been absolutely amazing. I decided to try contacts. In the pass Id never been successful putting them in and taking them out. I would always eventually quit. The staff was very patient and encouraging. They allowed me to come in and practice until I got it. When I did we were are filled with excitement. My experience has been one of the best. I am glad to call Ridgefield Vision Center the place where I can trust them with my eyes!!!!!

I alwsyss have a pleasant, positive experience at Dr. Droters office. There is never a long wait time after arrival to be seen. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Dr Droter is thorough and explains all options while answering questions in a way that I understand. He is not pushy but rather directs his patients toward the best option for them. I first started seeing Dr. Droter three or four years ago and would not think of changing to another Vision Center.

Dr. Droter is a very knowledgeable, patient and caring optometrist. I just had my first routine eye exam with he and his team and I really feel I had the most thorough exam to determine the right lens for my eyes that I have ever had, and Ive been wearing glasses for over 35 years! The office staff is friendly and efficient. I even learned something new about glasses fittings! And I love the convenience of the location. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty turned off when dr droeter told me I needed to give him back the contacts he gave me for my $68 fitting, when I told him I was buying contacts elsewhere because they were cheaper. So he made me take them out and throw them away. Just a waste and it made me feel like I was being punished for not buying contacts through him. Our family will be going elsewhere for all future exams.

Fabulous. All the staff are very friendly and Dr. Droter is the best! He is very knowledgeable on the differences between contact types, and stays current on the latest technology in contact lens design. He helped to select the right contacts for me, and didnt give up on finding the right kind for me, even though I ended up trying many different kinds over the course of a month or so.

Best eye doctor Ive had in years. Dr. Droter took the time to get me in a pair of contacts. Havent worn contacts in years prior to this due to my eyes becoming more sensitive. He worked with me to find the right combination of bifocal and comfort, and in happy to say, Im once again wearing contacts. I definitely recommend him for eye exams, contacts and glasses.

I wanted to say thanks to Dr Joseph E Droter and the staff at Ridgefield Vision Center for providing excellent customer service for my visit yesterday. Mike and Megan were excellent. Mike assisted me in finding the perfect glasses and Megan did an amazing job by helping me work out a payment plan that was perfect. You guys rock!!!!!!!!
