It took 4 months to get a pair of Swiss flex glasses from Catour. The first delay was the color I chose was discontinued. The second delay was the lenses were cut to the wrong shape. I orderd rectangle shaped lenses they gave me round lenses instead. The third delay the glasses had 3 different colors on them that I did not order. I went a long time without my most recent Rx. And I could not hardly see from a distance. I gave catour 3 chances over a long period of time to make my order right; which is way more than others would have given them. I had to call my bank and file a claim to get my money back. I went to another optical store in Richmond and bought the same pair of glasses for $150.00 more and received the glasses in only 3 days. It really irritates me that simple ordering instructions cannot be followed.

The owner, Casey Phillips, is an excellent optician. He understands people and is very attentive and helpful with eyewear selection. The eyewear is unique. Definitely NOT something one would find at Lenscrafters or one of the chains. This store is a family-owned speciality shop where everything is individually customized. I love the individualized service.
