Frustrating. On my First visit the associate was rude and not helpful. She repeatedly pickup my existing glasses by putting her fingers all over the lenses, insisted that the height of the lenses was the "thickness" and proudly told me that she had been doing this for more than 20 years and she knew what she was doing. I provided my Rx and insurance information and then found that the frames I selected had to be ordered from "home office". I did get a call a week later that the frames were in. Back to the store I go. Different associate, much nicer but unsure of what she was doing - had to check with someone else to make sure she had my order right. The person she consulted then had a question about my Rx and of course the Dr. is not available on Saturday. Not their fault but the first time I went in it was a Friday afternoon - the question couldnt have been asked by the 20 plus year expert? One huge advantage with this place is that the glasses are made on premises so you dont have to order and then come back a week or two later to pick them up. Here I have been in the store twice and I am no closer to placing an order for my glasses that I was when I walked in the door the first visit. Not a good experience.

Horrible experience! I would NOT recommend going here. Not only did they ship out my sunglasses 3 days late, but when promised to be given my original lenses, they were not returned. The prescription on my sunglasses were not on the entire lense. There were multiple blurry spots throughout the lenses leaving me frustrated that when I looked to the right or left from the center that I could not clearly see things. Also, customer service was terrible. I was talked rudely to by the manager in front of multiple customers. Highly unprofessional. When calling the corporate home office no one answered. I sent an e-mail and was still not answered. Hoping to eventually get my money back considering I wasted over about $300 for nothing...

I saw the doctor and was told that I could come in to get a trial pair of contacts should mine get lose or tear. I decided to shop around and found the contacts I needed at a much cheaper price. Well before I can get my contacts in the mail, my left one is torn. I called and asked it I could PURCHASE a trial pair of contacts. I was told no because I did not place my order there when the doctor told me that I could. I can understand not being given the contacts and asked to purchase them. I will not go back and will advise people to stay away.

You get what you pay for... I found glasses at a reasonable price, and got them in about an hour. But the service was not very personal, and I felt very rushed through the experience. I feel they may be under-staffed because all the employees were busy helping customers at all times, but there were a lot of people, including myself, just waiting around the store. All this said, I will still probably go back there because of the low prices.

Ive bought several sets of glasses, from 2 for $29 cheapest, to 2 for $69 cheap progressives, to nicer looking higher priced progressives. I usually have to wait a few minutes to be seen but have been served by knowledgeable, courteous employees. In every case I received the wanted, the same day, at a price far below what I would pay elsewhere. In my opinion, they deliver what they promise.

Slooooooooooooooooow and very bad customer service. I have been to this Eyemart before with average experience. I will NEVER go back after this last experience. Again...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will spend my money at a business that can treat their customers better in a more timely manner which is exactly what I did. I went elsewhere.

I was looking for a classy looking but an affordable pair of glasses and my search came to an end with Eyemart Express. It is a renowned local store why I got to choose my best loved pair of glasses at very reasonable rates. I would surely recommend this store to all my friends looking for quality glasses.

I wonder where they find these people... I think straight out of the mental institution. The worst experience in my life. I felt like I was talking to a two year old. The lady event admitted to me she did not know what she was doing. Please save yourself the headache and do not shop at this store.

My first experience was great!!! Until i spent over $300 with them then they treated me like i didnt matter as a customer. Ill never go back there...they dont have very good customer service skills at all. They talk to you like youre nothing after you spend your money

Finding glasses for a small kid is nothing less than a daunting task. Someone suggested Eyemart Express and I decided to visit the store and was truly amazed to see a nice collection. I picked up a couple of pairs for my son and he is quite comfortable wearing them.

Love it. I picked out a style I liked.. I was told they Frames were actually $19.99 Im thinking wow.. but then she said the pair I picked out qualified for 2 for $20 special. I got 2 pairs of glasses for $20 and only paid $10 for the lenses .. yes 2 paid total $30

Best selection of frames at unbeatable prices. The customer service is fantastic and they have a lab on site, so I got my eyeglasses the same day! Very happy with the whole experience!

Quick and efficient, the glasses fit perfectly and looked great. $76.92 for 2 basic, no frills, progressive bifocals in less than 24 hrs. Cant beat it!
