I have never had a problem with vbc and have been getting books there for years, but now they require your student ID, which was in my truck. I told them I parked across campus and was in a bit of hurry and I didnt have time to run and grab it. So instead of accommodating, they let a $100 sale walk out of the door. Obviously its not going to hurt their business, but it changed my perception of their customer service.

Quality- same books but cheaper than VCUs bookstore Appeal- They try to meet every students supply needs Service- The manager is very friendly and helpful and makes his presence known. His upbeat attitude positively affects the staffs behavior.

Disrespectful employees trying to rob students of their money. Do not recommend. Go to Book Holders / Barnes and Noble Tried to sell a brand new book back to them they offered 1/4th the price

Not very nice to students. Woman who works there got angry because an employee paid the .69 shortage that was preventing the student from purchasing their stuff. Awful.

Excellent. Much better than Barnes & Noble, much friendlier staff. Better prices on books/merchandise.
