Im writing this review in reference to the service I did not receive. If I could give them a negative rating or even a zero I totally would. I went to this store seeking a new phone, new number, and new phone plan. Im currently under a different phone plan with another phone company. Anyway, like I was saying I needed a new package. Went in Saturday evening around 6:30, there were about five other customers in the store. I walked in anticipating I would be greeted and helped by a receptionist, but no. I walk in no one greets me, I see theres a TV with a waiting list but no idea how to get on it. There were two associates on the sales floor helping other customers and each and every time they got up to grab something not a word was said to me. So here I am waiting in the store, no idea what to do. Needing a phone. No help offered. No hi, how are you, what brings you in today? I understand selling phones is not fun. I understand that customer service is key when it comes to one on one getting the phone actually setup, but would it have taken less than 10 seconds to say please sign in over there and someone will be with you shortly? I was in the store standing, waiting around for some help for maybe 20 minutes, no idea how to get on the sign in list, not one employee to help get me what I need/where I needed to be? How do you explain this? I wanted a new phone. I was willing to pay ANY PRICE! And Im not even acknowledged??? This store is run by some careless individuals and I highly recommend avoiding, unless you too want to walk in and wonder hmm how do I get started? You lost my business.

Took phone in for a repair. Had visited a none repair location and been told I would get a replacement phone becase the issue was manufacturors fault (phone under warranty, very new). I was told I had to go to a repair location and this was it. I gave them my phone and dealt with a very rude man named Gino. They told me they could repair rather than replace but he treated my questions as stupid and confused me about wiping my phone. They dodged questions about cost. I was told repair would take an hour and they were supposed to call my wife when it was ready. They failed to call and failed to fix the phone. They also broke the screen. They said I was elgible for replacement now that they tinkered and I would get it Wed. or Thrusday (they did have one theyd give me....?). I live in Charlottesville and they said I had to pick it up here or cancel the order. This is unacceptable. They refused to change the phone delivery to my apartment or even the Sprint store in Charlottesville for me. Now I have to go in myself and deal with a 3 store just to get my phone replaced, and this is assuming my "inncident is in the system" as I have been promised. I have never had good luck with Sprint, but htey usually get it right eventually. This was terrible service from some condescending personalities

The only reason I am giving this store a stars at all is because one associate. His name is Brandon. Last week I walked in with a friend of mine, he is a current customer and I was looking to start a new plan. I walked past theee associates and they all gave me eye contact, no greeting, no "how may I help you", not even a gesture to sit and wait my turn. We sat and waited for about almost ten minutes when other workers came from the back. They walked past us because I was standing up trying to get noticed and helped. Brandon was the only person to acknowledge my presence and ask had I been helped. His name tag said that he was still in training but I learned that his supervisor never gave him a real name tag. He was very helpful and he actually sold me a phone and now Im a customer. All in all, you need to work on your staffs ustomer service and greeting. It was very unwelcoming and awkward. Brandon was helpful, personable, and knowledagle about his products. He deserves a promotion and he needs to be Lead Trainer and retrain the rude associates working at this location.

I just purchased a phone from this store and paid $325 deposit $29 tax $36 activation fee and $80 for a Lifeproof case. I was told to sign to agree that I paid a deposit and after receiving the phone she said have a good day, I asked about a receipt and paperwork and was told it will be emailed. After reviewing the email I noticed that the Sprint employee had scribbled in 3 initial spots that I was supposed to initial also that my finance contact for the phone had a line in the buyer signature box. So I returned the phone immediately. All this paperwork I had never seen and definitely didnt sign. On top of that when returning the phone I was told I didnt pay the activation fee that I know I paid and that its not in their system so my only guess is the employee pocketed it and with no receipt showing my total I have no proof. This Company and their employees are a total scam and broke the law by signing paperwork in my name. BEWARE

I hate sprint! I cannot wait to no longer be a customer of theirs. Your always lied to, interaction numbers dont mean a damn thing and the bill is never consistent. They get about $10,000 plus a year from me (4 cell phones, 2 tablets) i am looking to take my business elsewhere. I called and cancelled a line, and paid rhe $260.00 cancellation fee. I returned the phone, there was no damage, and its now been 32 days and my credit in the amount of $255.00 has not been applied yet. I called them every week since i returned it august 8th, 2016 and now they are saying we have to verify everything is ok with the phone. BULLSHIT! IT WAS BRAND NEW! NO CRACKS, NOTHING

I am not sure about the negative reviews, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and received immediate assistance. As a matter of fact, every customer that came in after me received the same level of customer service. I purchased a new phone, and Jonathan explained exactly how much my bill would change per month and reviewed other plan options with me. I left my phone there in order to get all my contacts, texts, etc ported over and when I got back to the store, hed even charged the phone for me. If I hadnt wanted to keep all my thousands of texts I think this visit would have taken about 30-45 minutes at the most. I was pleasantly surprised.
