After the worst possible experience at Sprint, I drove right over to this location and was instantly greeted, even with a store full of customers. The associate Steven and the manager Steven were absolutely wonderful!! They explained every charge that I would see on my bill. Honest, courteous, and answered all my questions with patience. For anyone experiencing service/ customer service issues with Sprint, I would highly recommend coming to this location. After 10 yrs of being a Sprint customer, the reps at this location had me excited to switch providers!!!

Terribly disappointed in this store today. They offered me no help at all with problem caused by a glitchy AT&T software update. Usually love this store, but NOT TODAY.
