I bought a screen protector there and they didnt even k ow how to.put it on and I wanted a tempered glass screen protector but instead it was a gel type. I can say that that much was my fault because I didnt look to see if it was tempered glass I just assumed it was but I mean come on if you work in a phone store or any for that matter, learn how to use your products!

This place is way overpriced and the customer service is below the customer service you would get at the Cadillac Hotel I think I would rather shop at Walmart on Black Friday and get trampled on by a thousand people then to shop at this store ever again

They made us come 2 days in a row. We even called them in advance and they told us that we will be walking out with our phone. We waited for 1 hr just to return empty handed.
