Awful, baffling experience here this weekend. Went in on Saturday looking to buy just a bed/mattress set, while there I found an entire bedroom set that I fell in love with and decided I wanted to go ahead and get the whole thing. A very nice delivery person happened to walk into the showroom and asked if we were being helped or if he could help us out with any questions. I said I was interested in finding out more about the set and he said we would grab a salesperson since he actually wasnt totally sure, but he wanted to make sure we werent feeling ignored since there werent sales people nearby to help if we needed anything which I thought was really great of him. Unfortunately the salesman he grabbed was awful. He said a few times that he was a "bad salesman", I thought he was kidding but I guess I should have believed him. I asked my questions about the set, mostly pricing because the labels were wrong, and let him know I was also interested in buying a mattress, he simply pointed us in that direction and followed us but offered no assistance or recommendations and seemed totally disinterested in moving the sale forward (not once did he try to close on the sale or start discussing payment options/delivery timelines, anything at all, he just gave me the pricing and left it at that despite me making it very clear I was looking to make a purchase). At one point while I decided on a mattress my mother was looking around in the clearance section, which is located in the same "room" of the store and asked him about a table in that area that wasnt marked. He simply said it wasnt marked yet (clearly), but offered no assistance in finding a price. She said shed really like to know the price on it and it just kind of stood there, laughed at her, and offered no help. While she and I briefly discussed the table he wandered away without a word leaving us completely confused, so we took that as our sign to leave at that point and continue shopping elsewhere.

I wish I could have given them NEGATIVE STARS! This business is a ripoff who doesnt stand behind their product nor their WARRANTY!!! They use third party repair companies, who came by my place to repair my couch after it had torn. They didnt fix the tear (I mean come on now, how hard is it to stitch something up) and then multiple times after the two initial visits from two separate third party repair companies, now they dont even show up when the appointments are scheduled. I finally had to get the BBB involved. Outrageous response!!! They told the BBB that they were "Going through New Management" and because of the transition that had absolutely nothing to do with me, they said they couldnt honor my warranty now since it was outside of the warranty period time... What?!?!? You sent third party repair companies out to my home twice, who couldnt fix the issue. You then were going through new management which was why I couldnt get repair people here when appointments were scheduled. And now you are telling me "sorry, we cant help you" because my sofa is no longer under warranty because your business was a complete mess, which has nothing to do with my problem... WHAT A JOKE!!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE.. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR THEIR WARRANTY!!!!

I purchased a living room set paid in full on Tuesday for pickup Saturday. I go to pickup my furniture and for 30+ minutes they are trying to locate it. Come to find out they were BSing and the store sold it to someone else after me. They conveniently did not have another available would I like to buy something else with a store credit. I had to repeatedly demand my money be refunded as I will NEVER shop there again. Proceed with caution and do not use the salesperson named Mae.

We purchased two bedroom sets. With the promise that they would be delivered within a two week period. Only part was delivered due to what they said was damaged product with the promise that Schewels would call early the following week with delivery date. That Never happened until I placed a number of calls at the end of the week. Sadly, its appears to us that this company is quick to sell but not good at fulfilling their promises.
