Terrible experience. They had decent furniture for a very reasonable price. Friendly (at first) knowledgable sales people. However they tried to upsell my wife who kept calling me while they harassed her to buy the more expensive options. Finally agreed on a price and a set and we left happy. However, our items of course were not in stock and we had to wait two weeks until they came in. When they finally did, we were the ones that had to keep calling to get the status. The king (I need to emphasize that) bedroom set including a king mattress arrived with a single delivery guy to drop it off. After trying to recruit my wife who was rangling our 6 month old to help him bring the items in, he finally started to unload his truck. The amounted to dragging the furniture up the sidewalk and rolling it end over end up the stairs. When I got home to the furniture several items were significantly damaged. Surprise surprise. I called to complain. They initially were going to charge me to pick it up and send new furniture out. Got that "waived". But of course we had to wait another 2 weeks for the items to be reordered. After much calling, 3 weeks later we find out that the dresser and nightstand had been there the whole time they just refused to send out the "partial" order. They finally sent those but we had to wait 2 more weeks for the head board to come in. When it did they did not include hardware to attach it (they manufacturer they claimed no longer included it). Also the king bed sheets they promised to us to make up for all our trouble was not delivered either. Apparently that was just a lie they told us to get us to stop calling and complaining. Dont order from these people. They only care about getting your money. Once they take your money they stop caring about their customers and give you the run around until you are ready to pull your hair out. UPDATE: The bed sheets they promised were just dropped off so they do exist. However, despite the fact that they sold us a king bed they gave us queen bedsheets which were the only ones they have. We dont have a queen. We got rid of it when we purchased a king from them. These people are ridiculous.

I heard about Atlantic on Craigslist, and they seemed to have some really good deals on some quality furniture. I was helping a friend buy furniture for his new place, so I figured we should take a chance on it. As we drew nearer to our Google Maps destination, Ill be honest, things started to look a little dodgy. There were handwritten signs for furniture sets, so we apprehensively followed them. I had called them well ahead of time to make sure all the pieces my friend and I were interested in were in stock, which is standard for outlet-style operations. The place was a little hard to find, but it was a total diamond in the rough. I was helped by an extremely charismatic, honest gentleman named Brian. He was super-helpful. He only tried to upsell when it was in my friends best interest. He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. All the furniture was available at incredible prices. He helped us carry it all out and helped us tetris it into the van. He told us how to assemble the furniture to assure us that we werent in over our heads. The bed set my friend bought was an amazing deal, and assembly was just as easy as Brian had described. All the staff members were polite and never left us lacking for excellent customer service. This place is awesome, and we will definitely be back next time we need more furniture. You would be hard pressed to beat their prices and quality.

After being ripped off by roomstore, we went to this place. The place is admittedly a little sketchy looking and the staff is just wearing really casual clothes, but if you shop around you will notice a lot of the same models for a lot cheaper. We bought the 3 items on a Saturday, and they had two in stock and they were delivered that same day. The other item, they said would be delivered in 2-3 weeks..... They lied, it was delivered in one week. Most places will tell you they will deliver in months not days. The furniture does not come assembled which can be an issue. It took me about 4 hours to build a bed frame and 2 hours to build a kitchen table. The selection isnt as good as some stores, but the prices are excellent. While the staff is young and not your normal sales type, they do an excellent job, he also helped deliver one one of the pieces and was interested in looking at our whole house to see how things were set up. At a minimum you need to check this store out before buying anywhere else because you may save a lot of money. They obviously keep their costs low intentionally and pass that on to the consumer.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered my bed on Sunday and was told by me account manager that it would be delivered Monday afternoon/evening. The bed never showed and I received no phone call or return call after leaving messages on my account managers cell phone. Tuesday morning I called the warehouse and was told only my account manager could help me but of course he was still not responding. After multiple calls and messages without a scheduled time for delivery I wrote a review on YELP and then received a call not from my account manger that my bed would be delivered THursday between 1-3 which is only possible due to my daughter being home sick. I agreed. This morning I called the store back to confirm my delivery (you would think maybe this would be something they would do???) it was confirmed and I asked about them waiving the $60 delivery fee considering the circumstances. Kenyan stated he could not make that decision and would get back to me. I have still not heard back and dont know if I will ever get my bed. You try and support the local smaller companies and this is the service you receive....

We purchased a 5 piece bedroom set for our handicap sister 4 weeks before a required delivery date. The required delivery date was ignored due to only 1 piece of the set being available. As our mentally and physically handicap sister needed a bed, the delivery of the bed and night stand were rescheduled and delivered a day later. When the items arrived the delivery person did not have the required tools to put the items together. The nightstand was broken and was returned to the company to be replaced upon arrival of the other 3 piece set. We were not provided a new schedule for delivery of the remaining items which made cause for several phone calls to the company. Each phone call was met with excuses and promises to call with actual delivery time. 4 weeks after the initial headboard was delivered, we still have NO RESOLUTION or belief in this companys integrity. Amazingly apologies were not forthcoming and an understanding that the parent company would provide monetary compensation for the hardship was not provided. Who does business like this?

I purchased a bunk bed for my children and was told it would take 3 -4 weeks to be delivered. After 4 weeks of absolutely no word, I called the store for the status. Was told it was backordered but it is now "on the truck" and should be here within two weeks. I waited two weeks and surprise....no bed or phone call. I went in person and spoke to a different associate, and they told me the exact same excuse that was given to me two weeks prior - "it was back ordered but its now on the truck and should be here within two weeks." Come on guys, at least have a few different excuses to use when you give the run around! At best, the bed was back ordered and the associate never bothered to let me know and has no idea when something will arrive or didnt bother to actually look into it. At worst, they are purposely lying so they can keep my money while my children sleep on the floor. For potential buyers - move along...not worth the hassle.
