I brought a sectional at the Centerville store and am thoroughly dissatisfied at the customer service after the delivery. Basically, it is like, we do nothing after u buy it kind of service. The sales person, which was just the Manager Gabriela, at that time, is all nice talk before we buy. Once we buy, we are at the mercy of their unresponsive customer support. The expensive European sofa was not made anywhere up to the standards one would expect after paying around 4k for it. When I called the customer service about it, a guy came and looked at the issues and never came back with what manufacturer said. Upon repeated calls, the guy calls back and said that the manufacturer thought that the issues were with in their tolerance levels. So, I asked what the tolerance levels were, and he had no answer. The customer service never cared for my calls, and no one even bothered to follow up. So, if you just want to give away your money and get lousy products in return, then Hamilton sofa is the place. I would never ever buy anything else there.
