I shop at this store very often and never really have any issues even though the employees arent that friendly it never really bothered me because I shop there for the prices and Im in and out but the one time that I purchase some pants for work that were to big for me when I got them home and tried them, Im thinking Im just going in to just exchange them for a smaller size with no problem (the tags were still attached by the way) but they didnt have the same ones so I get some similar that cost a little more. I get to the register with my receipt and everything and the guy at the register is looking at the pants all over, then hes like were these like this when you brought them and Im looking to see what hes looking at and its a white line around the top of the pants and I say it had to have been because I literally tried them on and took them right off once I realized that they were too big, hes like ok because you still have the tag on them Ill go ahead and take them back as if hes doing me a favor and he says usually we dont even take anything like this back as if the pants were in horrible shape and I had worn them or something. I understand that people sometimes do things like that but that was not the case at all and I did not appreciate him making me feel like I had did something wrong. I wasnt trying to get money back or anything I just wanted a smaller size. They definitely could use a course in customer service because just because the prices are low doesnt mean customers shouldnt recieve great service! We are still spending our money and none the employees would have a job if we didnt!

This location generally has a really good selection but its super busy, the lines are long, the staff is rude, and they treat all their customers as though their main objective in life is to steal all their merchandise (the rigamorole at the fitting room is ridiculous) but this probably speaks more to the clientele of this location than it does the store itself. Bottom line; be prepared to find great stuff at even better prices but not really enjoy your shopping experience.

I love Ross since I always find some great deals there. But I have to say that this particular Ross has a poor selection. Shelves are empty and staff is mostly unfriendly. You really have to check the quality of the products. Some are damaged already or dirty. I have been to a lot of Ross stores and I can say that this is not the standard. Sad! Now I have to drive to Virginia Beach to shop at Ross.

I use to shop here quite often, today was my last visit here. I had a horrible experience with an employee and ask to speak with a manager. I spoke with a manager named Kelly and she didnt help fix the problem, she actually made my experience worse. I will not be returning. Not everyone with pigment steals, some people actually work hard for their money!

I just Love shopping at Ross.. I hate how you got to catch the good stuff when its there.. But I love the unique decore got alot of great one of a kind conversation peices. My kid only wants shoes from this store great clothing,picture,snack and candle defuser selection... Staff polite

I love Ross but not this particular store -- but only because of the service. They never have enough cashiers and the managers seems to have a lack of commitment to customer service. Still, the selection is very good. The key, I suppose, is to select your shopping times strategically.

I like Ross in general, but this store in particular does not have the greatest selection. But you do get the usual Ross prices on the items that are available, so thats a good thing. If you live in the area, go and visit this store, but I wouldnt go out of my way for it.

Be careful what you buy at Ross. I just bought a pair of wall scones in a box and the glass was chipped and color faded on parts. It also was missing the metal bar. Ross overall has cheap prices but the quality is poor.

I can care less about their customer service since im there for clothes not anything else, but compared to other ross stores, this one has the least variety of clothes and most of the items seem out of season.
